LSEMS & Mechanics are exempt. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) I was sitting on the mountain with my BF400 looking over sea labs as I noticed a few people in the area. As I looked around me I noticed a ISSI sport above me on the mountain. I road closer to the ISSI in which he jumped out trying to give me demands. I took off and was then shot. I then noticed the ISSI continuing higher up the mountain with the ISSI. Evidence of rule breach: Will provide POV to the admin taking this report.
