Players may not have any interaction or knowledge from their alternate characters. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)We had just finished a shootout at chilli with kudo kai and I hope on freq to see whats happening or if they had possible back up. They didn't so I decided to talk a little trash. In the mist of that Clayton out of context asks if cams with me. What relevance that had to the fight which would be none I like to think I hopped off their frequency and requested clayton to save his pov. Now with evidence below Clayton is aware oocly that Cameron Fade my ic brother is in fact banned. He would have no IC way of knowing Cam was banned for the reason of 1. nobody would go to kudo kai and use the ic term "deported" and 2. nobody in irish even talks about it icly. So I am most certain he metad the information to use as an IC insult to me and my members of my faction. Overall it killed my immersion and kinda hurt on an ooc level as Cam is one of my good friends and Clayton knows this and used it against me IC. Youre correct! I do have no IC way of knowing he was banned. So its pretty safe to say I would ask where he is, considering that, with your guys relationship IC I assumed you would be together as where Juan is, Cam is always there as well. You two go hand in hand and are never split from eachother when in the server. That I asked where the #1 person youre with 24/7 is? Doesnt seem that off to me. Last thing id like to include in my response is what Ballin said in the Player Requirements for reports, "Please do not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have caused severe loss or were abused for benefit." Nothing was lost here for the reporting party and nothing was gained on my side, this was a question that he took to heart, and then took to forums out of anger that his friend is banned. Juan menez Posted May 28, 2021 Author Report Share Posted May 28, 2021 To add more context as soon as I used my voice on freq and confirmed that 6-8 of their members have been killed the first thing kris Boyd says in voip is where’s cam followed by Clayton saying it as well I did tell them to have POV of that as my nvidia recording was off. Regardless it is completely out of context to ask about Cameron being it had nothing to do with the situation at hand. He said that cams usually with me then why would you even ask then? It’s clear he was mixing and I agree I didn’t suffer a severe loss but the toxicity behind that is something I believe is worth reporting. To prevent back and forth this will be my only response. After reviewing the initial post and taking in to consideration the responses received, I will be denying this report. I too find it very out of context to just spark up and say "where's cam". I find it very unlikely that you were simply checking on where he actually was. But I do not rule on assumptions and instead need solid evidence. As there was no sufficient evidence here relating to the build-up/context of the conversation, I will have to deny it as such. However, I would like to issue an open verbal warning to all that passive aggressive toxic comments like that are not welcome and if that was your intention, stop.
