Goblins, Kudo-Kai, MS-13 and Clowns - Backup Breach

Recommended Posts

Player(s) being reported: Goblins, Kudo-Kai, MS-13 and Clowns
Date of interaction reported: 26/05/2021
Unix time stamp from HUD: 1622064632

Your character name: Isaac Collins
Other player(s) involved: Irish, Goblins, MS-13, Kudo-Kai, Clowns

Specific rule(s) broken:

9. Non-Roleplay (NRP)

  • Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.

How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)

This was partially handled in-game by Skiperz, now multiple staff and handlers have recommended that I report it here on the forums for further investigation.

Irish compromised a drop to the LS Airport Eastern Yard drop spot after watching a Goblin leave the order NPC beyond the clothing store in Paleto. He immediately cracked and gave the location. Once we are spotted by a Goblin on a bike, Kudo-Kai, MS-13 and a few minutes later Clowns appear and begin circling the drop location, later on ALL helping Goblins and shooting Irish. When the order lands, we get out to take the drop and Kudo-Kai open fire on us, with MS-13 and Clowns also shooting/circling the drop and then active shootout.

At 2:30 of my provided POV you can see ID 190 who is seemingly a Goblin, getting back in the 4 door Sultan he came in which is filled with 3 MS-13 members, intentionally driving in each others cars. This has happened in a previous accepted backup breach report here:

Logs can be checked or Skiperz can explain what was discussed once he paused RP, but Kudo-Kai explained that to their understanding, what occurred at the airport was ok as it was ''pre-planned''. (This conversation was at 1622067157). MS-13 were not questioned in-game as far as I recall, and the Clowns were informed that they did breach the backup rule as seen in the screenshot provided. I previously thought the Tropos to be 67 as it's blue but it is in fact MS-13. (As-well as the blue brawler).

There is no reason for 4 different gangs to be riding around in each others cars helping each other get a drop, it just seems like an attempt to work around the technicalities of the back rules.

This report contains massive portions of multiple different gangs, hence why we all ask the leaders or any representative of the gang to speak for them.

Goblins [Benjamin_Specht] - Could you explain goblins' side of this event? Could you provide us with as much and the most important pieces of footage? Was backup called over radio by the involved members to get more members to come and help with the fight?

Kudo-Kai [Sherlock_Suzuki] - Could you explain Kudo's side of this event? Could you provide us with as much and the most important pieces of footage? Was backup called over radio by the involved members to get more members to come and help with the fight?

MS-13 [Angelo_Capone] - Could you explain MS-13's side of this event? Could you provide us with as much and the most important pieces of footage? Was backup called over radio by the involved members to get more members to come and help with the fight?

Clowns [Jerry_Silvernail, Carter_Warner (due to uncertainty of who their leader is)] - Could you explain Clowns' side of this event? Could you provide us with as much and the most important pieces of footage? Was backup called over radio by the involved members to get more members to come and help with the fight?

Hi appreciate you tagging me in this,

I'm going to try break this down as much as possible as this was a long series of events that led up to this massive fight.

- An hour before this fight MS-13 ordered an shipment from Goblins where the location was right next to the toll booth. We had already planned to initially go to the drop with the goblins help. However, i received a call from Sherlock saying they are ordering a shipment too and are willing to help us if we helped them. This is when I organised a meeting and told Kudo and Goblins to meet me at the Arcade in grapeseed where we would meet and discuss both drop locations and time. I have a screenshot of this meeting may not have a few IDs as they were behind the photo

gta_report_craash_v2_.png

- We havent talked with Kudo for awhile due to time zones, so we used this as a chance to get names and discuss the plan we had to help each other with each drop, one being near the tolls and one being at airport. When Kevin the leader of the operation for Goblins arrived we all set out the goal (To secure both drops for MS-13 and Kudo), all MS-13 members were present same with Kudo and a couple of goblins was there too including Kevin who was leading it. We understand the backup rule and made sure we had a clear meeting before both drops to make sure everyone was aware of what our goal and plan was.

gta_report_craash_vv2_.png

- After the meeting the first drop was nearly about to drop so we all went over to the tolls going different directions (to attract little attention due to it being a shipment), also as seen in the screenshot we were still with Kudo and Goblins (Goblins not in the screenshot however the blue brawler was there). We then went to get the drop,  Irish were all round the drop as well as PD, we still rolled in and got the drop and then the chase started, both PD and Irish chased us round sandy. Then Irish stopped following and it was just PD for a few mins, but out of the blue a green Irish contender comes crashing into us to stall us and then leave the situation straight away as PD were already arresting us. So Angelo, Berry and Toon all got arrested on scene before the second drop (The shootout). This left us with 8, with a few leaving due to them logging out of the server. Vincent then took charge of the deal we had made with Sherlock. So Vincent called Kevin up and confirmed when they were rolling in with Kudo and Goblins. All MS-13 members who were at the pre planned meeting all rolled into airport with Goblins and Kudo and know one else from MS-13 went to operation it was only the 8 people who were at the pre planned meeting who rolled in with Kudo and Goblins. No backup was called on our radio at all as I've made aware to my faction multiple times that once an operation is planned and about to start do not get anyone else involved within the gang.

Finally, Vincent has pov of us being in the airport for at least 5 minutes all with goblins and kudo before any fighting happened. Its going to take him a while to upload so I wanted to post this reply and then if you need this footage I can send once it has uploaded 🙂

Appreciate you taking the time to review this report and let me know if you have any more questions about this situation, as I have been filled in by all my faction members about the situation as well as me being there for half of it.

Hi Carter Warner here,

I was not called over radio to assist in anything nor was anyone else in the clowns ever called over radio. I drove my friend who happens to be with the goblins to the airport cause we were about to go mining and he got called to the airport cause stuff was going down. I never called anyone of my fellow clowns over to the airport for backup as I didn't want to break the backup rule.

Thank you for taking the time to read over this report,

Carter Warner.

Hello Sherlock Suzuki here, I would like to explain our side of the story which was I went to Goblins for a drop which had over 130k worth of items in, and this was the only time we could really make drops with Goblins. As Goblins who were the ones that made the drop they would agree to come help secure the drop, as well as MS-13. MS-13 and Kudo-Kai had a small meeting before they had there drop. We both agreed as allies that we would help make sure that our drops would run smoothly.  After we helped make sure that MS-13 got their drop we moved to the next location. Everyone that already met at the meeting came, and no one else was called to come back up during that situation just the people who decided to come to help. No one was on joint freq and no other calls for backup was made everything was preplanned an hour ahead.

Hello, Benjamin Specht here speaking on behalf of the Goblins.

Kudo-Kai ordered some items and were expecting it to be dropped after MS-13's import. Kevin was leading the operation, and immediately the 3 groups involved had made the plan to secure the MS-13 & Kudo Kai import when the shipment was made.

At grapeseed arcade the 3 parties regrouped. Due to convoying, we didn't move out in a single convoy of cars, and it was a bit spread out. People were around the area. All the people involved of the fight were known about this operation, and we all made sure we didn't swerve into other situations, just securing the drop.

Before the shipment of Kudo-Kai dropped ( 5 minutes prior we moved over to the spot) we were all circling around the area.  The fighting did not start there yet. Goblins/MS-13/Kudo were already on the location. All people knew what was going on, and the planned operation was active. There was no backup involved, and didn't give an unfair advantage to Irish regarding calling any backup, as all members were already there at the airfield.

As said above, we (goblins) had one objective and it was to secure the location. We did that, we defended the location and didn't follow them at all. There was not a 3 gang hunting party to hunt you down. It was just at the drop location.

The accusation of ruleplaying is quite an odd one, there was no intent to ruleplay. One of the goblins can be seen going into an allies car, but this was due to his bike being perma stalled.

Clowns were not in any way involved in the talking, planning or the general knowledge of the drop. No one called them for help.

I will try and get POV of before when we were roaming around the airfield, not all members record all the time but instead use shadowplay so its a bit harder to get footage from way back.

Hopefully the replies that are given give more understanding to the situation. Thanks for your time.

Trevor Ceesto here, replying on the behalf of The Clowns.

This whole encounter began when me, Jerry Silvernail, and Miles Herberetto stumbled upon a goblin sitting at the airport entrance, we followed him in to see what was going on. After entering we had literally no idea what was going on in the situation and did not radio for any sort of backup. We were simply looking for locations for our gang to meet up/stay at and were driving around the whole city. Jerry Silvernail, and Miles Herberetto did not shoot at anyone during the encounter although a gun was pointed at Carter Warner which would give us a reason to shoot saying they're threatening one of our gang members lives. I believe Jerry Silvernail, and Miles Herberetto were warned, and did not harm anyone in the encounter.

Goblins [Benjamin_Specht] - Is this the first time you have helped factions pick up their drops? If so, why did you do so on this particular day?

Kudo-Kai [Sherlock_Suzuki] - Was this the first time you ever grouped up with multiple groups to pick up a drop ordered by another faction? If so, why did you do so on this particular day?

MS-13 [Angelo_Capone] - Was this the first time you ever grouped up with multiple groups to pick up a drop ordered by another faction? If so, why did you do so on this particular day?

Kudo Kai requested for our assistance whilst ordering the drop, they had limited members due to the timezone difference and they were aware of the fact that there were a lot of Irish in town, so it would've gotten contested more easily. They assumed the worst and asked for ours and MS-13's assistance for the drop. We don't do this often, we normally handle only our own drops, but depending on the size of the import, we help with securing it. There is way more risk involved when the imports are bigger, hence us helping out this time. It also depends on the amount of people that are not occupied with doing something else. If we have the resources available and if its in our interest, we'll support. This is not the first time where we helped out with a drop. Normally the outcome when we help is that there is no fighting at all, and we just enjoy the RP that we have with the groups involved.

That day we decided to help out because of the involved risk for our ally Kudo-Kai, we obviously wanted to make sure that the import we made was going to be secured by them. The import was bigger than normally. It was also quite a busy time for imports, which is also one of the reasons why we helped out. We knew that Irish had good numbers in town and if they found out about the drop, we knew that we couldn't let Kudo-Kai alone at the delivery location. It was only logical to help and prepare with our allies.

I hope the reviewing party can understand our view;

That our groups don't just come together to fight, or do criminal activities. We are here to enjoy the server, talking/RPing with our allies. Next to that, we of course want to embrace the friendship by helping them out criminally too, I feel like this was a good operation for working together with the 3 different gangs that day.

This is a rare occurrence and hasn't happened with Kudo before due to the time zone difference. The reasoning we did this on this particular day was due to the fact that we had already ordered from goblins/asked for help from them, and then I received a call after from Sherlock saying they had ordered too and have seen multiple Irish around paleto. This then led him to ask if we want to make a deal to help each other and that's when we make the meeting as i said earlier. The risk of both drops being comped (they both were) were extremely high due to both dealers snitching and lots of irish being about.

If there wasn't anything in it for us we wouldn't of gone to help Kudo with the drop, but due to them offering their help, we would respect that and offer ours in return.

Personally, i really enjoyed this operation as it provided some great RP to the server and felt there was a clear operation and meeting before hand to provide more than just using our numbers to secure the drops.

Miles Herberetto - Part of The Clowns,

At the time me Jerry Silvernail and Trevor Ceesto were looking for areas around the city we could use for meetings or just a general gang hangout and we went down to the airport area to see if any of the warehouses in the area were any good for this use. Due to us only looking for gang areas all three of us were unarmed at the time. This is when we stumbled along a Goblins member at the gated entrance and we followed him in to see what was going on. I got closer and saw a bunch of Irish and goblins in the area and went close to one of the back hangers and decided to drive away because 1. I was unarmed 2. Gang backup rule and 3. No reason for me to be there. This is when an Irish car smashed into me causing me to get stalled out as all the Irish members where leaving. By the time I had gotten my car to restart all of the Irish member had left so I drove up to Kudo to ask what happened and he asked for a lift back to one of his members cars and then RP was paused. I ended up getting a warning for NRP for not leaving quick enough and got 10 minutes admin jail time.

Please note we never got any back up call over radio or phones. The only interaction we had with a goblin member was him saying something is happening in the airport and he doesn't have time to talk cause he was needed on scene. Also note I wasn't aware of Carter Warners presence or any of his encounters at all until the admin TPd everyone together.

Hello Sherlock Suzuki of Kudo Kai here this was a rare occasion with MS13 and Goblins where we had barely people in the city with a drop that we can only get around our time that was worth quite a bit of money. We wanted to make sure that the drop was secure. This wasn't an act to get together so that we would just fight Irish but an event where we would be secure such a large drop. This was an RP scenario where we were able to get together with our allies and was beneficial to all our allies

PLAYER REPORT DENIED

First and foremost, thanks for being patient for this long while this report was being reviewed extensively. We decided to deny this report due to the following reasons;

Goblins, MS-13 and Kudo-kai stroke a deal to secure their drops together with as goal to secure their financial benefits. This was all pre-planned and discussed prior and took into consideration the CHANCE that the drop could be contested. We find this a fair reason to group up with multiple groups. When the Irish eventually attacked the drop, neither of the groups asked for extra backup and dealt with the situation as the group that was present. Therefore we do not believe that the backup rule was broken.
