How did the player break the rule(s)? 
When i was buying the car and when he received (stole) the money that was 260k and i got scammed he battle logged without i receiving the car. Hour and a half have past he is still not back in the game

When it was uploading the audio got cut off and my free trial ended. I tried uploading it to youtube and still has no sound i can share screen in discord if that will help MC Vesko#5708

Hello all,

The reason for me disconnecting is because my internet had gone out due to a thunderstorm. I play GTA on a cloud PC and was unable to do a crash report for this reason. I’ve tried to call @Vekata multiple times in-game for a resolution but have not received any response. Waiting to hear back soon. Thanks.

@Luiz_Bozo Can you provide any proof that you tried to reach out to the other player. If your intentions were to solve this with the player directly, why did you go and place the vehicle for sale at the market?

Hello,  this is an unrelated info, take it and interpret it however you want. The reported party "Luis Bozo" has also combat logged and scammed my friend. After transferring my friend's RV and my friend paying Luis Bozo 120k in cash, He immediately left the server and didn't make an attempt to return back. I unfortunately do not have evidence but I think this promotes bad rp as the reporting party left as soon as he scammed my friend. I hope that the admins can assure a appropriate punishment to the reporting party as I believe that it is a wrong doing to commit a crime and leave the server immediately after doing so. He went inside of his house and disconnected. I know that it is hard to acknowledge with text only but I believe the logs will do justice as the same day that he scammed my friend , a BOLO was made under his name. I unfortunately don't have POV as my disk storage was full. As I said, interpret this however you want, it's just that this similar thing  has happened multiple times and is a repeating pattern from Luis Bozo.

It was because he never responded to my calls - so I had no choice but to put the car up for sale.

Luiz_Bozo (126) - Combat Logging Punishement - The evidence shows you logging you directly after acquiring the vehicle, not only that but you seemingly made no effort to reach and as well as you placed the vehicle for sale. While the scam itself is not a rule breach, combat logging to prevent any retribution or possible IC consequences is unacceptable.

 

If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
