How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
We fought their gang at around Chiliad Tunnel, ID 288 was injured and was brought to hospital by his allies. Instantly after the fight, as can be seen in the UNIX timestamps, he comes back and starts following us just after he got released from the hospital from major gunshot wounds, the chase led to around Grapeseed Hangar and he was seen fighting there aswell. He failed to RP his injuries properly and it displayed a really poor standards of roleplay by this individual.

Do you think that it's realistic to have recovered from a state of near death to then purposely reinsert yourself into another shootout? Please provide any POV that you have.

Hey, I did nothing hostile until my wellness was sat back up to normal. When I got saved at MD, an irish member picked me up at MD, I asked for my .50 and then sat in the passenger seat doing nothing hostile at all besides my driver following the Novak. By the time the shootout started my wellness was already back to 95 when we got there, I would have evidence but I believe I wasn't told save pov at the shootout so I can't really provide evidence of it. Here's a similar report from this type of situation (https://forum.eclipse-rp.net/topic/67243-symere_blackwood-103-non-rp/?tab=comments#comment-314325), wellness stopped me from doing anything basically, so I just waited in the elegy till it was back to normal nor did I go back to the same situation I got injured at.

 

I'd also like to add the reporting players got into an accident going about 135-140 into a huge sign and crashed into it which can be seen in this POV (https://streamable.com/ij1vg8) and I believe they didn't RP their injuries enough due to the fact as soon as they stalled they decided to get out and start aiming guns/shooting at the irish members which is NRP in  my opinion.

Hey @freshprinceIE unfortunately I do not have any other clip available as of now, I had clipped the parts that seemed relevant and deleted a ton of videos from my videos folder so I can make room for more clips if need be, after we fought them at Chili tunnel we had quickly hauled ass out of there and went to Paleto to cool down for a bit, when we started to drive on the highway again, we encountered them following us again, and there I saw ID 288 as passenger on the Elegy. He was speaking to me from his car, after we had gained a bit of distance from them I proceeded to inform ID 288 to save POV, he just nodded it off and responded with a smiley face. I had done my job and informed him that he needs to save his POV, the fact he didn't lies onto him. My friend, another occupant in the Novak also PMed him and he refused to do so. Screenshots will be provided below for reference.

I had no intentions to do anything to them whatso ever until my wellness was back to normal, all I said was "Hey wanna shoot me bud, wanna shoot me yeah?" 2x.

@freshprinceIE Thank you for handling the report again.

The fact there is, we were flooded with adrenaline, we were being chased by a shit ton of Irish cars. Realistically, you wouldn't just give up and give yourself up to be slaughtered after fighting the same people beforehand, you'd be beaming with adrenaline - we proceeded with exiting the vehicle and fighting to the best of our abilities just due to the fact that we had no other option to pursue in that specific scenario. The car took most of the hit there, it wouldn't be a major collision that would put any of us unconscious, regardless of our wounds - it's always better to fight than just give up, so we went with that.

I would also like to divert the admin's attention if possible to the fact that they got rammed pretty severely by an ambulance coming straight at them at a very high speed - hitting them on the side which would further wound the reported player, which I do not believe he roleplayed injuries for, and also would like admins to look further into the fact that the reporting party might be making false allegations. He claims he waited until his wellness was over, but the window between the time he got wounded, and the time he showed up to us in the car within a couple of minutes is not sufficient enough for their wellness to go back up, as far as I recall if there's multiple people awaiting their wellness to recover, it takes longer for your wellness to recover and when we went round MD there were a lot of people there just waiting for their wellness to restore and feel better. So I do not believe the reported party waited for their wellness to restore and feel better either. The UNIX can be referred to the time of the collision with the ambulance to the time when I informed him to save POV, it was just seconds or a minute after the collision - the reported party just sent me a smiley face so he should have POV of the situation to indicate whether or not he waited for his wellness to stabilize, and whether or not he RPed the injuries with the ambulance.

Hello and thank you to the staff taking this report.

@CoastalChain67 Has said this very well. We had been chased by many Irish at this point and we could tell that their only intention was to kill us or harm us further. We had lost control of the car and it had drifted against the sign by Grapeseed Hangar. I had been on the right side of the vehicle being furthest away from the collision in this context. We had vehicles directly behind us and when crashing they had been already parking up ready to get out of the vehicles. With the adrenaline anyone would have tried to run under the injuries and get away from the harm as it is still FearRP, staying in your car and accepting getting shot at this point would not show fear for your life. Realistically we had all got out of the vehicle with the small collision and used that small strength of stress and fear to keep ourselves going for the short amount of time. 

I would also like to state that when the reported party got hit full on by an ambulance in this POV which was a much more serious collision then ours, and they were also not under a fear for the life as there was no one going after them at this point, I can assume that they had not RPed injuries in this case as they were some of the first people to arrive on scene here in the end. The logs can most likely reflect this as well. But it is an assumption on my side as I was not near them so I could very easily be mistaken.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players:

Kevin_Slash | 288 @CapoSlash - Will receive a NonRP for their actions - After being injured in a shootout,  you are seen interacting with your assailant on the highway. This is 4 minutes after being injured so the argument that your wellness was replenished is invalid. On top of this the wellness script is not a timer to go back into conflict. You cannot just wait for your wellness to go back up and then jump straight back into the action. You got picked up at MD and went right back to the people who shot you and then taunted them, knowing that OOC rules would protect you from being shot even though they had just shot you minutes before. It’s completely unrealistic for someone to drive up to and taunt someone who has just attempted to murder him. It’s clear from all the POV provided that you were only interested in starting another shootout, showcasing a completely unrealistic portrayal of what a realistic character would do.
