15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping

• Robberies should be conducted in a realistic manner with reasonable in-character motive using secluded areas. Players should not conduct minor robberies in situations with high risk. Desert or forest areas are considered secluded but witnesses should still be considered.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

I'll try to explain this with as little words as possible, but since I believe SEVEN rules were broken I will try my best to stay within 300 words as best I can.

We were picking weed to cook with when ID's 40 & 225 were watching us from the railroad tracks, I pulled up to them and asked them if they could leave us to our business, I went back into the lab to pick weed and they continued to stay on the tracks (probably texting/radioing in for backup) I have no idea what gang or who they are affiliated with. (possible gang backup rule?)

About 40 seconds about 10 'Clowns' all rush into north lab and begin hunting us.

In the middle of the highway I was asked who I was with, after changing my VoIP to 'normal' I told them 'what the fuck does that matter?' all the while being blocked and rammed and them responding with 'he's fucking Irish', I responded with 'I'm not fucking Irish you retards' in which after failing to block me in ID 13 jumps out in the middle of the highway with a heavy weapon thinking I'm Irish and attempts to issue demands as I drive away, while driving away the contender continues to attempt to ram me, which is when either ID 27 or 35 begins shooting at me for no RP reason at all, they saw me do nothing wrong. 

I lost all of them then laid low for 10-15 mins before we headed to yellow house in sea lab to deposit my briefs of plants. on our way out the contender blocked the bridge and forced us to give demands to allow us safe passage before their backup arrived.

Once I was attempting to leave I was rammed and stalled, then saw more goblins that were not previously involved.

Hello, Carter Warner here, I’m sorry you have to deal with this report.

 

Me and (ID 86) Kyle Vincent had plans to go mining in my Journey, he met me in Paleto while I was chilling with a bunch of my fellow gang members. When (ID 86) arrived I told him that I had orders from my gang leader to go check labs with him. I then told the gang leader that I needed to go back to my apartment to get my gun so I split off from them and caught back up with them at the sea lab shoot-out. When I arrived I heard over the radio from ID 89 that he was being shot at so I proceeded to hop out of my car, pull out my gun and engage in the combat to try and help my fellow gang members.

Sorry for the confusion I am a clown not a goblin. ID 86 was the only Goblin there and this wasn't a gang event. The Clowns never called any other gangs for backup, He already met up with me so that we could go mining.

Hey, Itami Otsutsuki or (ID89) apologies about this report.

I would like to start off saying that I was driving the Red Contender.

There was no back up breach as we where all headed to Sea Labs, but I skipped toll crossing on the opposite side of the freeway getting ahead of my gang. 

I never once had any intention in ramming or hitting the reporting party off the road. I was ordered to block off the bridge at sea labs by my leader.  In the clip below (labeled #1) the reporting party was driving at pretty high speeds and jerked to the left going into me, it's the reason our vehicles collided at the beginning of the confrontation, I tried to get in front but was unable to. In the reporting party's clip I tried to block the vehicle off heading in a straight direction while the opposing party's vehicle turned into the direction my contender was blocking.

Regarding the shotgun on my back in an NCZ. I was rushing my leader to the hospital and did not stop to put the shotgun away as I would be breaking the Fear RP rule as I tried my best to get medical attention for my leader before he died.  

I would also like to state that this whole ordeal could have been avoided if the reporting party did not Fail RP, off-roading in non off-road vehicles to escape North Lab shown in the reporting party's evidence.

I was the only Goblin there. My intentions was to go mining with Carter Warner.

The guy in the trophy truck was a MS13 member who was also with the clowns at the Paleto bus station prior to this event.

I would like to bring to the attention of the admin(s) taking the report of a rule break against the reporting party of:

Hacking and Exploits

• Server bugs may not be used for advantage and must be reported on ECLIPSE Roleplay forums.

Shown in the reporting party's 2nd POV at 1:37 sec of the video he is scene spamming /refuel. This is a known bug that when downed, if spammed, you have a chance to stand back up at full health as if nothing happen.

My biggest concern with this report is that in the reporting party's evidence, there was an attempt to abuse a "/refuel" command bug that while injured will make your character stand back up.

I was simply trying to type /b save POV to any members not in range at the time of my injured state. So I was typing 'up arrow' enter' to try spam Save POV a few times, since the last command I typed was /refuel since you can see my tank was almost full, I refueled at big dog gas station, I'm not even aware of this 'bug' and I'm not sure if you're aware, but I'm on my 5th non-RP punishment. Winning that fight was not anywhere near worth a perma ban for, so I'm not sure what you're implying, but logs, as well as my full gas tank con confirm I had refueled right before entering sea lab.

hi ID 78 chad price here, i got robbed by these guys up at chili labs when i was alone and when they told me to leave i went down and told the clowns that their were guys up their with ak and body armor and that they robbed me, so they went off to chase them or what ever they wanted to do and i just followed them to the part when they got in a fight. and i did not call for back up from my gang as i had no phone or radio too.

I was in the ISSI Sport with Trevor Ceesto (ID 13) our guys radioed over that they were being shot at, at sea labs so we rushed over there to help them and when we were about to go to the bridge the gray sports car had rammed into us. Our car flipped and then me and Trevor Ceesto got out of the car and Trevor had given demands even though they had already shot at one of our guys (ID 89). It shows on (ID 89) POV that he was being shot at. The guy in the gray sports car (ID 44) had gotten out of the car and shot at Trevor so therefore I shot at (ID 44).

This report is being answered by Trevor Ceesto (ID 13) 
Before this whole entire encounter began we were told over the radio that there people inside of The North lab and told us over the radio that they were in the back by the illegal marijuana. In the original clip you can see the two of them pull out of an illegal zone with very expensive cars after sitting there for a long amount of time. We then begin a chase to the man inside the car (ID 44), A few seconds later you can see him sitting in the middle of the road with no fear for his life and not running from a gang that had such numbers on him. I then began to try to engage on him because he wasn't properly RPing a chase and just sitting there, after my engagement of telling him to get out of the car very quickly, I ran back into my car and we lost him on the chase.

After a little while of looking for him we managed to stumble across a MS13 member (ID 78) and offered him a ride. This was mainly to respect our neutrality with a gang we had established a sense of peace with.  He told us that he had been robbed at chiliad by multiple people with heavy weaponry and body armor. We began to cruise around and ended up going to Sea Labs to go pick marijuana and go to the next lab. We then were told there was a couple of people inside of the sea lab by Itami Otsutsuki (ID 89) to were we all rushed to that lab in an attempt to make sure he was safe. He then told us over the radio that he was being shot at by a couple of people, we were already there because of the previous call that there were people inside of the lab. I attempted to swerve to the right as show in https://streamable.com/0lpcpi (1:21) but I was viscously rammed by ID (44) who was driving on the wrong side of the road not valuing his life AGAIN. This is when the initial fight began, I jumped out of my car after being angered that they attempted to not only shoot at my fellow gang members but had the nerve to drive on the wrong side of the road and ram my car. I gave him demands, although he didn't seem to be bothered by the fact that I was aiming a shotgun at him. He then ran as shown in the clip and was killed by me (ID 13) and Jerry Silvernail (ID 147).

I want to state inside of this report that we did not break any gang backup rule, the MS13 member as stated did not even have a radio or a phone battery. and the Goblin who was with us Kyle Vincent (ID 86) can be seen as the only goblin there and getting out of Nico Chung's (ID 61) car. Kyle Vincent the ONLY GOBLIN that was there with us did not make any phone calls asking for backup, nor we did make any phone calls to him asking for backup. (I want to note that he was not on a joint frequency with us) The two on the apparent BF400 were not rolling with us, nor do we even know who they're. 

I also would like to reply to when I was rushed into the hospital by Itami Otsutsuki (ID 89). He in this altercation was only trying to get me to the hospital as quick as possible due to the factor of me being on the VERGE OF DEATH. If possible, I would also like to know why (ID 44) decided to rob Itami Otsutsuki (ID 89) when we originally entered sea labs.

(ID89) Itami Otsutsuki here regarding the NCZ incident. 

As stated in my first reply to this report, my leader had fallen in the shootout and needed to be rushed to the hospital for medical attention. I quickly loaded him into my contender and did not stop to store anything including the weapon until I reached the Paleto Hospital fearing for his life as he was bleeding out. 

As for my side of the story, my gang and I where already on our way to Sea Labs including the one goblin and one MS13 member. I skipped single Paytoll and got ahead of my gang showing up and reporting that there where vehicles at sea labs and I was ordered to block them in not allowing escape. I was then shot at and fall back as my gang comes around the corner after catching up with us as seen in the reporting party's evidence. 

North Lab confrontation, we where on our way to pick marijuana as one of our members (clowns) spotted other vehicles so we quickly rush in as the spotted vehicles off road to escape being cornered. We then proceed to chase as ID(44) stops in the middle of the road where we all catch up to him and attempt to block his escape. 

I would like to state in my first reply to this report I give a more detailed response to the incident(s) where my ID was mentioned.

I’m replying regarding to the NLR. Durning the firefight I had The talk command on continuous, just so it would be easier for me to communicate with my members and be aware of the people firing back at us. After dying, I didn’t realize I had my mic on continuous talk still. In RL, my roommate next to me was observing me play, which he does every now and then. I was explaining what just happened and what we possibly gained/lost. I didn’t know that they could hear me until they said something relating to NLR in OOC, which I clearly wasn’t paying attention and not looking at my screen for the moment when it was happening. Once I noticed what was going on I replied, “my bad.”.. I wouldn’t have said what I said, especially knowing the fact they were standing next to me. Obviously I can’t provide proof, but just going off what happened for me. In the future I’ll be more aware of what I say and do. I apologize regardless!

I'd like to start off by saying thanks to the admin for taking the time to handle this report.

I had made plans with ID 243 to go mining. we decided to meet in Paleto to use his RV. When I arrived ID 243 mentioned he had to head back to the city to grab his firearm as the clowns were suppose to go picking for some plants. I had nothing else to do so I decided to head out with them. As we got to north lab the clowns got into a situation with reporting party. During that altercation I left the vehicle I was in a got into a vehicle with ID 68 (I believe) and asked him to take me back to the Paleto bus station. After a small chase in Paleto we headed to the Paleto bus station. While waiting their for carter (ID 243) a MS 13 member came into the bus station and had told the clowns that he had been robbed up in Chili for all his belonging. He gave a description which matched the reporting party. A Clown member stated they were going to go head out to a few more labs. I asked where carter was and one of them radioed and said he was still in the city so I decided to go along with them. We headed out and I noticed the MS 13 member following along. As we enter sea labs there was a gun fight going on in which at that point I was in a position where I had no other choice but to engage. I had no idea on how the situation started (until I watched the reporting party POV) as I never was on their radio freq. I am unaware of their communication. As for the BACKUP RULE being called out, I myself never called anyone for assistance nor was I ever asked to help with any engagement. Again, I would like to reassure that my purpose was just to head out mining with ID 243 and was never asked nor had any prior knowledge of the clowns plans. 

In regards to the person wearing purple who chopped the gray vehicle, I have no idea who he is.

In regards to the people on the motorcycles, I have no idea who they are at this time. 

I feel this report is purely based on the RPs emotions as they/he stood to loose a great deal in which was the outcome. In the reporting party POVs its clear they were talking about giving demands to the clowns in the issi. They had previously robbed a MS 13 member just  prior to this event. I understand no one wants to take a lost but it's part of the criminal life here. Their intentions in my opinion where gang related, they had every knowledge of what they were doing and the possible outcomes and now they're reaching to find any reason necessary to excuse their actions. The rules on eclipse are taken very seriously and its is extremely hard to try and follow them all when in a high adrenalin situation. Its not excuse but I would assume most try to do their best to follow them, but again it's not always so easy.

Sorry for the lengthy post but this report is extremely upsetting as it is a slander to everyone involved including the reporting party.

Just some extra footage from a Clown's YouTube channel showing the blatant non RP robbery attempt from  (ID 13)  and then DM (not sure who shot at me, asuming a passenger of the contender), their motive for giving me demands was because they thought I was Irish when I was not in a green vehicle, nor any green clothes, even after telling them that I'm not Irish they rammed me, blocked me and gave me demands with a heavy in the middle of a highway for absolutely no reason: 

 

Unless Clowns have this notion that they can just give demands and rob Irish and shoot them whenever they want with 0 RP interaction? Even if they aren't even sure if the person is Irish or not.
