Player(s) being reported: ID 153
Date of interaction reported: 25/May/2021
Unix time stamp from HUD: 1621980327

Your characters name: Abol_Baze
Other player(s) involved: ID 147

Specific rule(s) broken:

8. Non-Roleplay (NRP)

  • Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.

  • Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay:

• Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason.

• Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching).

• Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles.

• Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water.

• Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase.

  • Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof.

  • In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through.

  • Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do.

  • In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave.

How did the player break the rule(s)?
After I've arrested ID 153, he kept exiting the vehicle even after I've told him OOCly that he was cuffed and cannot leave the vehicle. On my way to mission row, he opened the back door of the police cruiser and jumped out (He was still cuffed). I left my cruiser and approached him asking him to get back inside the cruiser then after not responding with RP he disconnected from the server without a crash report on the discord server. I waited 15 minutes for him but he never came back.

Thank you for submitting this report. Please be patient as we review the evidence. We would like to receive a response from the following player(s) to explain their side of the story:

  • Tyrone_Nigman (153) - Why did you continuously try to leave the cruiser while cuffed? Why did you disconnect from active role play? Did you make any attempts to contact the reporting party through the ECRP Discord?

If the requested player(s) do not respond within 24 hours, this report will be concluded based on the evidence that has already been provided, to the best of our ability.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following player(s):

  • Tyrone_Nigman (ID 153) - Punishments for NonRP & Combat Logging - Jumping out of a vehicle repeatedly after being informed you were cuffed and would not RPly be able to do that is a poor example of roleplay. You also made no attempt to contact the reporting party after your disconnect from the server.

If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
