How did the player break the rule(s)?: I was checking the labs to get some plants and when i got to chilli i saw like 5 guys and i started to run away because the had gun in their hands i stopped by to see if i could talk to one of them and he just said 'yo whats up' and started shooting at me.

Hello Edgar here again,

so after this situation i did not memorise his ID since it happend to quick so i logged out and checked my POV and went ahead to PM him and tell him to Save his POV. I will provide screenshots of our conversation below.

Chuck Mori here. As I told the reporting party, my demands were invalid and I apologize. To be honest I was intoxicated and did not mean to say "whats up". Shitty excuse but I'm owning up to my mistake. I also told him to stop but my VoIP was set to whisper unfortunately. After I shot a couple times, I realized I may have screwed up and stopped shooting. 

In conclusion, I know that more is expected from me and I've been here long enough to avoid stupid mistakes like this. I will use this to make better decisions in the future. I apologize to ruining the RP of reporting player. I completely accept and agree with my punishment.

After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we have decided to accept this report and issue the following punishments:

• Chuck_Mori (ID 222): Deathmatching | Demands given to players in/on moving vehicles do not count as valid demands, and so, you cannot gain DM rights from them.  As well of course, as said by yourself, the demands that you did give were not demands in the first place. This situation should not have any shots fired at the reporting party as they did not act violently toward you, and valid demands were not given. Please be careful about your VoIP status in the future too.

If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
