ID 21 was using an expensive sports car to ram a Kamacho and another SUV (Police Scout).

Thank you to the staff for taking this report, on my screen I passed both of those cars without ramming I was getting in front to stall by slowing down. I have my POV and it shows me not ramming any of the vehicles.

Hello Carter Warner here, 

 

The reasoning of me getting in-front of them was to try to help my clan leader get away from the cops via slowing them down while I would get in-front of them and then slow down so that they could get a gap going.

The actions I were doing I would see as realistic, (1) Driving in-front of cops to stall so that my friend/leader could make it away from the police and taking the jail if I also didn't make it out of there. (2) I was not ramming cops only driving in-front of them trying to slow down so that my leader in the brawler could make it out without any charges. (3) I was not off-roading it so when they went up trails and off the trails I did not follow them I stayed on the pavement. (4) I didn't intentionally brake check anyone to destroy my vehicle all I did was slow down.

After our deliberations, we’ve concluded that this report will be denied for the following reason(s):

• It is clear from the evidence provided that these rams were desync and were not intentional. However I do wish to ask you to be careful in the future @KlassiKodakBop. Using your vehicle to intervene in the chase was reckless and could have ended a lot worse for you especially when you slowed down in front of the Kamacho when it was going fast. That vehicle is considerably larger, and bulkier than yours and you should take those kind of things into consideration in whether it would be realistic to use your expensive vehicle to try and stall it as you were lucky to get away with a tap on the rear. Also in future take care when driving so close to vehicles like you did as desync issues like this can happen and should not be taken advantage of.
