Non-Roleplay (NRP) If a crash / disconnect occurs, players must post in the crash reports discord channel and contact all parties to resume. Players reconnecting must be given all opportunities held prior. How did the player break the rule(s)? so if you see in the video ID 414 after die he disconnected from the server because he knew it cops coming and when im try to loot him he left the server with out crash report . player have Body armor and Smg on the back. so this clearly show he don't want to catch by cops. jackmacfadden Posted May 25, 2021 Report Share Posted May 25, 2021 (edited) Hi, Jack Macfadden here, thanks to Thrax & Tenbe for dealing with this report made against me, to start things off I didn't combat log out of spite nor to get away from cops, they were no cops present on scene nor any sirens they were 67 gang members running away from me to leave the scene they thought I was one of them so they left me alive then ran towards their cars. I didn't leave the server to keep my items I left the server cause I had a bad migraine at the time, I know I should have waited the fifteen minutes before hand logging off but my head was pounding, its no excuse, when I alt + f4 they were no one around me at all as I checked before doing so, so no other players roleplay were ruined. I have just come back from a 3 week ban and the last thing I wanted to do was ruin others RP and get banned for a stupid mistake I made. I'm currently 1 Non RP away from getting banned and I honestly wouldn't have logged if I thought I was going to get looted ect as the items I had on me is not worth a ban. Overall I thought all RP was conducted and they were leaving the scene, so its my bad for that and I can assure you it wont happen again my mistake, & I'm sorry to the reporting party, Id like to refund him the items that was on my body as an apology for my stupid mistake. To begin with, you have to conclude all the roleplay situations that you took actively part it before logging off. In this case, you were still there at the location injured which simply means that it wasn't over yet. It doesn't really matter If the cops or any other faction members didn't show up at the location, you still have to conclude your roleplay before logging off. It's pretty clear in the evidence above that, the opposing gang member was present right next to you when you logged off. Therefore, I decided to proceed with the combat log punishment. For future reference, please wait till all roleplay scenarios are concluded before logging off. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
