How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
So first off we were driving on the high way doing a high rate of speed going the correct way, all of a sudden a brawler comes up going the wrong way on the high way and we strike head on, Thus giving us a reason to make demands as he just committed a crime. So then we get out of the vehicle and start heading up to him giving demands to get out of the vehicle, we waited for quite some time before he started stating in OOC that we had not enough reason to start giving demands/robbing, Then he proceeded to combat log as we started to shoot. We even checked discord to make sure if he did make a crash report.

Hi. I go by Ellie Jaxx in game and the evidence was my pov. 

The reasons why my friends & I got out of the vehicle and pointed guns at the man was because we were on our way to assist the Goblins comp an order from the Russians, and this vehicle just came from the area of the shipment, on the wrong side of the road. He was also wearing a mask.  We wanted to see if he was a potential Russian or scout. No robbing was involved, all we said was to get out of the car, but he did not comply, therefore, shooting ensued.

Kyle Vincent here, Thanks for taking the time to look over this report.
We were on our way to assist the Goblins in comping a Russian mob shipment. When we collided with the white brawler I noticed he was coming from the area where the situation was occurring. My intentions where to find out if he was a Russian or someone with them and why he was coming from that area. I had no intentions in robbing him as we were in a hurry to assist the goblins.

We were helping the Goblins with a order comp and this guy rammed us head on and was wearing a mask so none of us knew if he was just trying to make it away with anything and also he rammed us head on in what looks like to be the direction to leave from the area the Russians were at.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report. In the provided videos Dushane can clearly be seen avoiding roleplay by going into OOC chat before logging off completely, disregarding the other 3 players experience in the situation. While we do agree with Dushane that the reporting party was not in the right to hold him at gunpoint, more on that later, the right thing to do in this situation was to submit a /report and continue with roleplay in character. As a player you shouldn't break character just because a rule is broken and logging off to avoid roleplay is simply not acceptable.

Moving on to the reporting parties, you are driving down a highway going about 180 KM/h when you are met with a brawler probably doing about the same. If you add those speeds up, you meet a head on collision of at least 300 KM/h. Going into a wall at 180KM/h would injure you, but in this case the wall was also coming at you. The immediate reaction of all 3 players was to jump out of the vehicle, as if nothing happened and you attempted to put the reported party at gun point. This complete disregard of the crash, combined with the attempted "robbery" against a new player is simply not acceptable. Justifying it with a compromised drop isn't really reasonable as the drop location is far away and you can't just assume someone is a part of a scenario/gang because they are within the 500m radius.
