Unix time stamp from HUD: 1621922963 Your character name: Naomi Mizuno Other player(s) involved: Ezekiel Diablo Specific rule(s) broken: Non-Roleplay No Crime Zone How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) Non-Roleplay: 110 is running up and stealing an unlocked car while i was in the trunk. Realistically the keys would be in my hand and the engine not start-able and the front door would also probably be locked. No Crime Zone: 110 is stealing my car right in front of me at the bank, as this is clearly a crime and done well within the NCZ of Los santos bank. Ezekiel Diablo is involved as he is the voice on my radio and the driver of the truck that pursed him IC'ly. He has footage of the incident as well. I was giving Naomi a ride from meeting a friend on the pier to the bank so she could get her car when I asked what we were doing. I turned around and began to pull up near her as ID 110 proceeded to run and jump in here vehicle. I tried to chase him and notify him via /b that he just broke a rule, but, am now realizing I had the wrong ID. We have decided to ACCEPT this report. ID 110 - Aaron_Dennis Non-Roleplay: Breach of No Crime Zones - Stealing a vehicle from a No Crime Zone. (LS Bank) In the evidence reviewed, you have conducted actions that resulted in stealing a vehicle or belongings from another player within the area of No Crime Zones. Under no circumstances should crime take place in an NCZ. In extention to this you have also reversed into the player, however we are not rulling out that you have intentionally tried to attack them, as this could have been accidental as you tried to maneuver the vehicle into the road. We would like to iterate that No Crime Zones are areas where "ALL Players may not commit any crime or disobey law enforcement orders but are allowed to flee, lie, or scam IC" and where it applies these are also the following unless otherwised marked or stated: Legal gambling establishments, government and law enforcement offices, hospitals, LS & Paleto main banks, LS Airport, DMV, and a block surrounding. ____ Please make sure you are conducting yourself in a manner of good roleplay attitudes and proving yourself to be a positive member of the community.
