PENDING RESPONSE
―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――

After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we have decided that this report cannot be concluded at this time. We would like to receive a response from the following player(s) to explain their side of the story:

  • Conor_Adams [21] - Can you provide your side of the story? In addition, have you made any attempts to inform the involved players about your connectivity situation?

If the requested player(s) do not respond within (24) hours, this report will be concluded based on the evidence that has already been provided, to the best of our ability.

Kind Regards,
Sr. Support Harveyyy & Administrator Aldarine

Thank you kindly for your patience as we reviewed this report. Following review of evidence and provided statements as well as consultation with members of Senior Staff, we will be concluding this report as follows:

Player Conor_Adams will receive a Combat Logging punishment for the reported incident.

To explain the rationale for the Combat Logging punishment, as noted within the provided video evidence, the reported player was spotted on the pier attempting to picklock a vehicle. After a bit of time the player was caught by the reporting player and those he was with. Firearms were aimed in attempts to get the reported player to cease their actions and subsequently the player disconnected from the server. With review of logs, it can be seen that the player did not return until a bit over an hour passed and continued to picklock more vehicles. It is clearly noted within the rules that one may not disconnect during active roleplay and should a crash take place they must inform involved parties and resume. As there was no crash report, no attempt to reconnect with the involved parties and no response from the player, the above punishment will be given.

Best Regards,

Administrator Aldarine & Senior Support Harveyyy
