Matthew Bo
Player(s) being reported: Bob_Sprat (203) Date of interaction reported: 24/MAY/2021. Unix time stamp from HUD: 1621884290 Your character name: Nathaniel_Grey (412) Other player(s) involved: Yuki_Nakamura (383) Specific rule(s) broken: 10. Powergaming (PG) Powergaming is playing unfairly through not allowing other players a chance to roleplay responses and their own actions, unrealistic actions, or non-factual statements in /do. Forceful commands should be used after RP or the party is unresponsive for 30 seconds. Government funded faction members must go off duty when not performing faction duties IC. Players must capture time stamped evidence performing RP that will potentially influence future interactions and evidence is only valid for 48 hours, death, or until others RP invalidates it. 12. No Crime Zones (NCZ) Inside or very near to a No Crime Zone, indicated by the HUD or /NCZ command, players may not commit any crime or disobey law enforcement orders but are allowed to flee, lie, or scam IC. If a player uses the NCZ for protection the attacker must wait for that player to leave the area. Players may not go to a NCZ within 15 minutes after engaging in criminal activity or a resulting chase, unless they are turning themselves in to law enforcement. No Crime Zones: Legal gambling establishments, government and law enforcement offices, hospitals, LS & Paleto main banks, LS Airport, DMV, and a block surrounding. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) Player ID 203 was being taken to MD after being injured as a 10-15, they were to be transported back to DOC after MD. Player 203 refused to return back to the cruiser. He was tased after resisting. After being tased he tried to hop into a unlocked car in the Pillbox MD NCZ. He was tased once again for this attempt, while tased he drove off and hit Yuki_Nakamura with the vehicle. Evidence of rule breach: Provide any evidence linked or embedded here. Philoop
REPORT ACCEPTED ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following player(s): Bob_Sprat | ID 203 - Non-RP Punishment | You were tased prior to attempting to enter the and then failed to RP the effects of being tased when you attempted to enter the vehicle. You were tased again, and again fail to RP the effects of being tased before driving away and running someone over in the process. When you are tased, you are expected to RP the realistic effects that you would suffer after having around 50,000 volts put through you. Getting in a vehicle and driving away is not realistic. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
