How did the player break the rule(s)? 
While explaining him I can't take his bike out as he does not have driver license, he kicked my cruiser. I got out of the vehicle and he began to punch me. I took out my tazer, tazed him.

After tazer effect gone, he got up and tried to get into the vehicle to steal it but the engine was off. He was tazed again as he went for the cruiser.

He got out of the cruiser, got onto his knees as I told him, RPed getting on his stomach, then before I got to send my RP line, he got up with no RP and hit me again.

He got tazed again.

He got up after /me pinning him to the ground and then hit me again after saying a few text lines. Then he just ran away, climbed a ladder and jumped off a store after being tazed that many times.

• Derick_Smith (20) - Non-RP - In this situation, you were RPly laying down. Without any RP, you got up and punched the officer. You cannot lie in /me or /do, and do an entirely other action. In the future, try to RP resisting instead of just getting up and punching.
