How did the player break the rule(s)? 
Hello and thank you, to the Administration Member that will be handling this report.

           I was standing on the pier alone after two friends had left and ID 188 (who had already been around and we asked him why he was acting suspicious) came back and stole my bag off the ground. I PMed him and told him he couldn't steal from New Player Tags. He claimed he couldn't see it. He didn't bring it back, even after letting him know i was a new player. ( I have about 500xp )

After being informed by the player and seeing the tag "NEW PLAYER" above there head why did you continue this roleplay and why did you logout shortly after the interaction happened?

ID 188 - Ronald_Pecker

• Non-Roleplay: Poor/Unrealistic Roleplay - Jumping of the pier after stealing a bag owned by a New Player.
• Non-Roleplay: Powergaming - Immediate /do and Breach of Theft Rules - New player theft/robbery (Pier) / High Risk, Low Reward.
• Combat Logging: Disconnecting during active roleplay after being informed by the new player and dismissing forms of roleplay.

In the provided evidence brought forward, there has not been any previous roleplay interaction, attempt or motive between your characters that escalated the situation to what happened. Within the footage reviewed you forcefully took the bag without giving opportunity for the player to respond or roleplay back, allowing them the chance to counter reactions, alongside this; the fact he was a new player that had the "NEW PLAYER" status on the server; once you were informed that they were a new player, you stated and replied that they weren't as it apparently stated by yourself that "for me it did not say new player above ur name", in extention to this, the Pier itself is an extremely popular and populated place with dozens of eyes watching, the risk of you getting caught vs the reward you are about to receive, breaches the theft against the new player and public robbery, in which they must be conducted in a realistic manner with reasonable in-character motives using secluded areas and that players should not be conducting minor robberies in situations with high risk.

Moving on to the reviewed report, you have proceeded to dive off the side of the pier, whilst having stolen a bag that belonged to a new player. You made no attempt to contact an admin to look at the situation and mentioned that everything you did was "legal." Once you have grabbed the bag with a immediate /do, (Powergaming), you that decided to swan dive off the pier and swim away without any sort of repercussion regarding your safety (Non-Roleplay Poor/Unrealistic), with yourself receing several PMs about your actions, you then decided to disconnect/logout (Combat Logging) to avoid any forms of contacts with the player making their experience poor.
