(300 words maximum) I was leaving the bank when ID 281 runs over me I get up then he backs up to hit me again and starts to loot my items I would like to DM the staff member taking the report the video because I was listening to music and it shows my spotify which shows my full name and other information. Dan Carter Posted May 24, 2021 Report Share Posted May 24, 2021 Thanks for sending that over. I have just reviewed the footage and I can fully recall what happened in that moment. We were driving and then Ronald hit the guy and then he said he was sorry and then Ronald drove off. Plus he wasn't on top of the car on my pov, he was behind the car after the crash. As I recall this moment after watching this, I do remember that I was cruising on the road and as I was driving didn't see that there was a person on of the car which the victim was on and when he fell off I was too late to react and ran the victim over. Thus in the clip you can see that I was not prepared and almost ran into the building while trying to avoid the victim. Such action was not intentional and I apologize for this misunderstanding. GiorgosK Posted May 26, 2021 Report Share Posted May 26, 2021 REPORT ACCEPTED ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following player(s): Ronald_Pecker (281) - Deathmatching (Vehicle) To explain the decision of the outcome of the report, I would like to turn your attention to the provided evidence of the reporting party. The reporting party was walking on the side of the road. A Warrener with the driver being Ronald_Pecker (281) can be seen reversing, turning towards the reporting party at the end. This caused the reporting party to get injured. In the beginning of the second clip that has been shared in this report, Ronald_Pecker (281) is taking stuff from the reporting party’s inventory. Ronald_Pecker (281) gets back in the vehicle after that, driving off with the injured person still being on the roof. The vehicle drives with the injured person on the roof for approximately 2 seconds before the person falls off due to the reached speed. At the end of the provided evidence, Jacque_Scott (416) ran over the reporting party very shortly after falling on the ground from the roof of the car. Ronald_Pecker (281) did not provide their side of the story and did not present any evidence. The footage did not show any form of an accident that took place. After the reporting party got hit by the vehicle, Ronald_Pecker (281) robbed the reporting party and took off again. It did not appear to involve any other intentions other than attacking/hurting this player, causing the player to get injured to then rob him.
