How did the player break the rule(s)? 
As show in the video id 253 cuffing me with out any RP and he didn't rp it before you can check the logs , and he don't give me a chance to responses my RP .

i know maybe this not change the situation but this PG

Hi ID 253 here, this man got caught picking a car i arrived on scene he ran so i chased him and tased him told him to get on his knees and started to type as soon as i did that he decided to take off again so i was not willing to repeat the same thing again as he took advantage of me typing in that scenario and nows he acting like he did nothing wrong in the report. The IC out come would have ended up the same as he would have got tased more times and would have gotten cuffed  heres my POV https://streamable.com/ly39u7

• If an attacker lowers their weapon to type, victims which were under fear RP remain as so.

if you see there pov he put the gun away not lower their weapon first.

second i only saw when he put the gun away and i have chance to run away . i don't even look at back to see what happened .

HI 253 here thanks for taking up the report the situation was very simple the man got caught picklocking a car, when i arrived the the scene the guy started to run immediately i tired to reason with him before i tased him, he got tased and i told him to get down on his knees, whilst waiting for him to get down on his knees i assume he doesn't know how as he takes a long time to even do the command, the guy then gets on his knees i come behind him as you do as a officer and tried to cuff him as you can see in the clip as soon as i started to type he bolts off, the man got tased once already and he's botling of like nothing happened realistically him being tased and on his knees the situation should have ended their as people aren't able to withstand multiple taser shots, you can see in my POV that i attempt to do my /mes and this guy just runs off mid typing i also give him demands in my POV to get down on his knees the man doesn't want to for more than 30 secs after i gave him the command in /b and kept saying it for the past 30 secs as you can see from 0.19 to 1.07 he then finally gets on his knees and after that i put my gun away to get my cuffs out trying to /me and he takes off. The reason why i just cuffed him is Rply he would be limp and would have had no chance at resisting and as soon as i started to type he would have taken off just like he did before. I acknowledge that my RP was poor but i was fed up of people trying to run taser shot after taser shot and you have to warn them if they continue to do so you will have to report and to be honest i'm not willing to forum report for petty behaviour, I believe forums are where you take more serious matters not just anything. His RP experience has not be affected he would have just gotten up and ran again which would have affected my RP experience in a negative way which he already done by running after a taser shot the outcome of the situation would have stayed the same, its just amusing how he wanted a amazing RP experience when he decides to run for no reason as he was going to end up in jail regardless. He had nowhere to run so he didn't have a getaway car or a plan and he was just pointlessly running.

Just to add my last point no one saves 21 second clips you told me to save POV seconds after the incident so you must have more footage, maybe he doesn't want to show how he took advantage of him looking at me typing maybe not i guess we wont find out.

After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue punishments to the following player(s):

• Hector_Hernandes [253] - Will receive a Punishment for NonRP - Powergaming. 

• Daniel_Harry [205] - Will receive a Spoken to about Powergaming.

 

1) As seen in the provided evidence, Hector_Hernandes was seen cuffing the reporting player using the /cuff command without any RP prior to that. You stated that the player got tased and RPly he would be limping and he would have no chance of resisting. That doesn't mean you can force the command after you tased him for the second time and not giving him any chance to respond back. The use of forceful commands such as /cuff should only be used if they are unresponsive for 30 seconds, you did not give him this opportunity once you tased him, therefore you'll be receiving a punishment for powergaming. 

2) As seen in the provided evidence, Daniel_Harry was seen getting tased by the officer, and as the officer lowered down his taser and started typing, Daniel ran away on foot. You didn't give the officer a fair chance of typing his RP. But, we will give you the benefit of the doubt in this situation, as it seems that you didn't pay attention to him, so you'll be receiving a Spoken to about your actions.  I hope you take note of this caution and pay more attention when in scenarios like this moving forward.
