Yto_Lamar [43], Westly_Freddie [10] | Fear RP, Combat Log

Recommended Posts

Player(s) being reported: ID 10 and ID 43
Date of interaction reported: 21/MAY/2021
Unix time stamp from HUD: 1621580625

Your character name: Charlemagne Coyer
Other player(s) involved: Dean Donovan, Joseph Couch, Alex Keller

Specific rule(s) broken:
Fear RP: Failing to show value for their life and their friend's lives.

Non-RP: Logging out of the game during active RP

How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
ID 43 was being purused when ID 10 his friend started ramming our cruisers and trying to head on crash into us. This was until ID 43 brought us to the gas station at Grove st. and purposely got us to block him so that ID 10 can blow up the gas station. This not only shows no value to ID 10's life but also to his friends life. ID 43 then decides to log out after he himself gets injured and makes it clear that he's not coming back.

PENDING RESPONSE
―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――

After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we have decided that this report cannot be concluded at this time. We would like to receive a response from the following player(s) to explain their side of the story:

  • Yto_Lamar [43] - Please provide your side of the story and any evidence that you may have. In addition, can you explain the rationale of stopping at the fuel station while being pursued? We would also like to know the reason behind the disconnect from the server.

  • Westly_Freddie [10] - Please provide your side of the story and any evidence that you may have. In addition, can you explain why you drove into the the fuel pump which then exploded then drove away?

If the requested player(s) do not respond within (24) hours, this report will be concluded based on the evidence that has already been provided, to the best of our ability.

Kind Regards,
Sr. Support Harveyyy & Administrator Aldarine

Thank you kindly for your patience as we reviewed this report. Following review of evidence and provided statements as well as consultation with members of Senior Staff, we will be concluding this report as follows:

Player Yto_Lamar will receive a Combat Logging punishment for the reported incident.

Player Westly_Freddie will receive Non Roleplay | Fear RP and Non Roleplay | Poor Roleplay punishments for the reported incident.

To explain the rationale for the Combat Logging punishment, as noted within the provided video evidence, the player in question was involved within the case and subsequent explosion then disconnected from the server. Upon further review, it was noted that no crash report was made and the player did not reconnect to the server until 13 hours later. It is clearly noted within the rules that one may not disconnect during active roleplay and should a crash take place they must inform involved parties and resume. As there was no crash report, no attempt to reconnect with the involved parties and no response from the player, the above punishment will be given.

In regards to the Non Roleplay punishments, the first is in reference to the full speed ram into the gas station. While this chase was coming to a halt, it was very clear that the reported player and their vehicle would make impact with the gas pump should they keep moving forward. The ram into the gas pump appears to be nothing short of intentional and should it not have been intentional for the pump, it would have directly hit the officer on the bike which would also have been inappropriate. Following this massive explosion and crash, the player then drives away as if nothing happened and does not seem phased in the slightest by the crash/explosion. With the lack of regard for safety and own injury that would have taken place, the above mentioned punishments are being given.

Best Regards,

Administrator Aldarine & Senior Support Harveyyy
