How did the player break the rule(s)? 
I was on duty standing on the ledge at LSC waiting for customers. ID 7 just came running up and started giving me the 1-2 combo. Was confused at first. Did not know if he was horseplaying or not. Then he just kept going. Told him to save pov. He continued. I died. The end
