Disrupting Server Operations and Knowledge of Rule Breaches Players must report cases of ban evasion, falsified forum reports, discussions/jokes about cyber-attacks and other rule breaches. An attempt to hide such information is punishable. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) ID 158 broke the rules by unrealisticly shouting callouts to get aid from his allies and relay information that he was downed failing to roleplay any injuries. ID 158 if logs are checked further shouts unrealistic stuff such as ''KUDO ON TOP'' ''THE SMOKE DON'T STOP'' while he lays bleeding out ;I had made a report 3 for staff to educate ID 158 on shouting while injured are those the quoted /shouts are the only ones I saw but no one had responded and I did not intend to make a forum report as I felt it would be petty as the shoutout was finished at that point but after seeing Calebs now deleted pov it was clear it was used to gain an advantage before I was in range to see the /shouts relaying information. Caleb Barker I believe has attempted to conceal rule breaks by removing his initial report that he made to protect ID 158 for breaching the non rp rule. I contacted him through the forums to not delete any information as I wanted staff to fully investigate the situation he had reported initially as I believed the heavily trimmed footage was edited down for the purpose of hiding a back up rule breach; which will be reported by a separate member of Irish who recorded attempts at requesting anther groups aid during an active situation. But after seeing Calebs now deleted pov it may have been to cover ID 158's rule breach and not related to that other suspected rule breach. Edit: Caleb had edited his report and deleted it at 9:11 PM I contacted him at 10:27PM after my RP was concluded in game and I was eating. His report was not closed by staff till 11:25 while this report was being written. I believe he should have kept his povs till the report was concluded as reports being closed is up to staff discretion once they are posted. CJO Posted May 21, 2021 Report Share Posted May 21, 2021 (edited) Hello, Caleb Barker here I would like to just say I deleted the report because after showing fellow gang members they told me that it wasn't a rule breach because it was an active shootout, I deleted the POV because I closed my report and this player is just assuming that I tried to breach rules. He tells me to not delete the report 2 hours after I requested for the report to be taken down which seems like he just wanted to make it look like I just deleted it right away unless he would've asked for me to keep it right away. He is trying to assume I broke some rules but never asked me for POV in game or else I would've saved it and just assumed that I am trying to cover something up. I felt it strange that he only tried to message me 2 hours after I said I wanted to cancel my report in order to make it seem like I was trying to cover something up if he really wanted to make sure there was no rule breach then he would've PM'd me right away to try to get it sorted. This has NOTHING to do with ID 158 /shout or whatever he claims happened. I even have DMs with support asking if I should make a report and they agreed it was an open shootout so it was iffy so I decided to remove my report since I had multiple people saying it wasn't DM instead of going through a long report. As well as my clip is not heavily trimmed if I still had the POV I drive into sea labs and get shot at there isn't much else to the clip. Edit: He also said he wanted to finish his RP first but he had time to download the video, screenshot the post as well as make a response to my original post but didn't have time to PM me asking me to save the POV. I admit my fault, I will once more go over the rules to prevent my self from making a mistake like this again. Following review of evidence and provided statements as well as consultation with members of Senior Staff, we will be concluding this report as follows: Player Chino_Johnson will receive a Non Roleplay punishment for the reported incident. To explain the rationale for the above mentioned punishment I would like to turn your attention to the video evidence provided by the reporting player. Within this video as well as confirmed by logs and the statement by the reported player, continuously shouted after being injured. Looking through the logs, each shout was either in regards to call outs or they were insults and the player failed entirely to roleplay any form of injury or consideration for the fact that they were dying. Not only does the script intentionally prevent shouting when injured through VOIP and utilizing server commands is considered trying to bypass this but it is also extremely poor to find more value in giving call outs and insults rather than ones life. You should always be more concerned about the fact that you are close to death and roleplay injuries accordingly/focus on yourself.
