NRP clowns, Irish, LNF, FSO and Dark army?

Recommended Posts

Player(s) being reported: Clowns and FSO
Date of interaction reported: 18/01/2021
Unix time stamp from HUD: 1610928210 - 1610994008

Your characters name: Tyrone Shakur

Other player(s) involved: Lost MC, Clowns, FSO, Irish and LNF

Specific rule(s) broken:

9. Non-Roleplay (NRP)

  • Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.

  • Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay:

• Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them.

• Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching).

• Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles.

• Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose.

• Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft.

• Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase.

  • Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. Our official discord server has a channel dedicated to game crash notifications and you should post here with a valid reason for being unable to return.

  • If a player gets away from being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through.

  • Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do.

  • In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave.

  • Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation.

How did the player break the rule(s)?
they breached the Joint freq rule. Calling backup when chased or seen by us. Mixed in cars together and never leaving each other. As you can see with FSO being in a joint freq with clowns. And LNF calling Irish to setup in Chiliad. Breaching the Joint frequency rules and getting there allies help. Sitting in LFM owned chops with 3 gangs so we can't interfere what so ever.

    Evidence of rule breach:

FSO and clowns in the same car

FSO and Clowns with each other checking labs

    Irish with clowns

    FSO-Clowns- Dark army?
Dark army ID 49, ID 62 and 9

FSO and Clowns responding to backup call of Irish at Sealab

Clown neon enter, then leaves. 0:15 Comes back in with several Irish cars. 1:25

Proof of them in Joint and calling backup to each other

    (More POVs would be added)

Okay since the faction I am in is and personally myself involved and you can clearly see this is what you call a revenge report.

First video footage explanation:

I don't know why your taking evidence from another report which you aren't involved and don't even know what's going on. Let me explain to you though, Ash_Volkov (FSO member), Joey_Poppins (FSO member), Tony_Tucker (FSO trial) & Yin_Ru (TRCC member). Now to clear the first thing out Yin_Ru was never on our freq and we never gave him our freq since we are serious about the new clarification and I agree with it 100% since the rook days. Me and Joey were playing poker with Yin after a short while we decided to go cook and hold down a lab, tucker offered to join with us in the kamacho and we accepted the offer. Yin the only TRCC member at the time rolling with us is in my opinion acceptable and reasonable, he never called backup from his own gang when we had the incident from LOST MC as well, so there you go.

Second video footage explanation:

I don't think I was involved with this one so I cannot explain this one out.

Third image explanation:

Fourth image explanation:

Imma keep this one short, logs can be checked once more we were only on FSO freq only with FSO members, Jerry_Okibi calls backup at northlab since Bo_Vespucci from Goblins gave him demands and shot at him. I made the call to Jerry we are on the way and meanwhile he retreated, we passed by to scout the area. 5-6 minutes later (I presume they were checking labs) Lance_Slash turns up and we were just chilling and talking with each other and there was no escalation from it.

I hope this honestly explained the evidence provided by the reported party and saved some of staff's time. Have a good day and next time try to approach some guy to get some insight about the evidence you provided.

Okay so just a few things (responding since you are blanket accusing my faction so not sure who you are specifically reporting here)

1) https://gyazo.com/4dd6f8a2e0e3cb9580b7a9a0b302eb28 --> this has no unix code in this screenshot and furthermore does not show any clowns/fso in the same car. Perhaps with a Unix code it can be actually investigated to see who is doing what. Furthermore screenshots should be unedited in reports.

2) unknown.png --> There are only FSO in FSO cars and ONLY clowns in clowns cars in this picture - what are you alleging is the rule break here? Our factions are allowed to hang out and do things together since we are ICly allies. If you have video showing us engaging on you as a group, on the same joint freq, etc please attach it so that we can get to the bottom of it and remove any players who are not following the rules. A screenshot showing two allies together with NO context doesn't really prove anything.

3) https://streamable.com/vepnzx --> this video is a part of a larger story in which an organic response to an action was made. There was another report made about this specific video and the Lost MC involved which Kat can speak to since afaik she handled the report.

4) Screenshots of us hanging out with our allies with no context whatsoever is not evidence of anything other than us being allies.

5) https://streamable.com/k6zh3r --> What is the ID of the fso you are alleging in this video because I don't see a single FSO in this video. Irresponsible to claim this proves FSO did anything.

6) https://streamable.com/3zz0rx --> again this doesnt prove anything other than surprise surprise we are friends with other criminals.

7) https://streamable.com/6m1b45 --> this video literally shows nothing.

8. https://streamable.com/yvhe33 --> there are NO FSO in this video and furthermore nothing showing ANYTHING about a joint freq or calling backup together. It might be wild to consider that our groups which are ALLIES might cook drugs together at a lab once in awhile. This activity is fine and not a breach of the new rule.

I find this report extremely disingenuous and irresponsible to report an entire faction, for something that NBDY stated would result in a faction disband, with this paltry evidence - especially considering I have personally seen LFM sitting in Azteca cars and vice versa. Just seems more like an OOC attempt to secure a win due to IC events than an actual concern for the rules.

Please if you have evidence of any of my factions players breaching this rule let me know so they can be removed/disciplined. FSO only supports members who follow the rules. However nothing you have attached here is evidence of that.

Hello, Lance Slash here ID 80 (driver of the blue comet retro) in picture number 3.

I was passing by in my vehicle with a fellow gang member of mine (Marcel Rogers) when we saw an Azteca rapid parked outside of a drug lab on a populated highway. Right next to the RapidGT there was a few FSO members so me and Marcel decided to stop by and see whats going on. After finding out that the driver of the RapidGT is Carlos Rodriguez we had a lovely chat. In briefly 30 seconds, me and my gang member decided to go to Mount Chilliad where my gang members were cooking drugs and planting seeds. There was no hostile interaction between TRCC and Aztecas/LFM, nor did we ask FSO if they need help or vice versa.

Last time i checked, stopping on a highway and having a chat isnt against the rules. If im mistaken, i apologise if i broke a rule or ruined your roleplay experience!

Thank you in advance, signed with love Lance Slash xoxo

Hello. Since you are reporting my entire faction, I figured I would respond on behalf of LNF.
I am also the driver of the Komoda in the second clip.
You began chasing me, after one of my members got injured from me crashing. You only found this out because an Azteca Kamacho pulled into the scene, then a moment later several LFM cars pulled in.

The chase lasted for quite awhile, including me going to Central MD where you boxed me in. Upon me leaving you said "only 1 car follow him."
I knew you would not stop following me no matter where I went, so I decided to go to Chilliad. I knew before this interaction started that Irish and TRCC were at the lab, and I'd be able to seek refuge from your faction by going to a safe haven. Me going up North to Chilliad got you  to turn back and pull away, before I even got to the lab, then you came onto our frequency and mentioned the new rule in an IC manner.

I spoke with Kat, part of FM, after this interaction, to make sure what I did was fine and she said it was. I can provide SS to the reviewing staff member if required.
I'm unsure why you're reporting my entire faction when you had only been chasing myself, and my passenger. Knowing ic things that made the situation not one I wanted to engage in, I decided to route to where I knew people would be viewed as intimidating/provide haven and and when I was already well on my way and close, I contacted Irish to let them know I was nearby, the reporting player was intimidated enough to pull back and choose not to proceed, which was the ultimate goal to get him off and away from me. None of my other faction members were at Chilliad, but were instead at one of our locations throughout the city to meet up, which is where I was originally attempting to go prior to the situation. There was no call for backup to arrive, no real hostile encounter and I was one person trying to ward another off and disengage.

Thank you and have a nice day.
If the staff member taking the report has any further questions, I'll be more than happy to answer them.

Hello, I'm Jerry Okibi (ID 322) the driver of the Issi Sport in the 1st picture. I was on a freq with only FSO members and FSO Trials, as Lance mentioned in his reply he was simply driving by and spotted us talking to some Aztecas so he decided to join in on the conversation for a few seconds and left shortly after. I don't understand why I'm being reported as me being next to an ally does not mean we are on a joint freq. If I'm not allowed to be in the presence of my allies please let me know so I make sure to never do it again! Thank you to the staff for their time taken from this report.

Dont know why you have included this video, but to tell my side of the story i was the only FSO in town and i was rolling solo on 0 frequencies just checking labs to see what i could waste my time on because i was waiting on Ballin to issue my refund request and you see in the video me speeding and accidentally crashing into a trcc car because i didn't know what was going on.

This report seems more of you being calling us out on not fighting each other which i could provide many povs with you and aztecas together. Pointless.

Thank you for your patience while this report was under review.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I have decided to deny this report for the following reason(s):

  • There is no evidence of the reported factions breaching the joint-frequency rule. We have reviewed multiple videos of the situation and looked over those talking in each and cannot find links to other factions, only their own. As such, we feel these encounters occurred 'organically' where allies helped eachother out without the use of a joint-frequency.
  • Quick reminder to all faction's leadership - You are responsible to ensure your faction does not breach these rules as the punishments impact the faction as a whole. Please be proactive in ensuring no breaches occur.

This decision is final. Unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period. If you disagree with the outcome of this report, please file an appeal following the appeal guidelines and format.
