The Royal Clown Crew, informally known as TRCC, was born shortly after the collapse of The Vanguards. With multiple families being left without an organisation the Slashs’, Volkovs’, Okibis, Kongs and the Rogers’ families came together to form a new criminal group, which would rival “The Council”.
The group established themselves quickly, taking fights against the likes of Aztecas, More Blood, La Familia Michoacana and Gangster Disciples but nearly always coming out on top. Alongside the conflict the group also managed to keep strong relations with other crews within Los Santos such as The Four Seas Order, Daichead Gadai and The Rooks. 
As time passed and the conflict grew larger, TRCC leaders reached out to The Rooks and The Four Seas Order in order to strike business deals regarding the illegal import of firearms into the city so they could continue their fight. FSO obliged, however The Rooks did not, this caused tension between the groups and relations broke down rapidly.
The Rooks took the side of “The Council”, and began targeting TRCC, so they responded by lighting up their narcotics labs, chopshops and legal events. The Rooks quickly stepped back and withdrew from the fights, but a target remained on their back.

The clowns have successfully established business relations with FSO, and have made strong relations with Daichead Gadai, but have found conflict with The Rooks, Aztecas and LFM. With More Blood and GD disbanding in recent days, Lance and Tyler ramped up the pressure on the enemy gangs, pushing for more fights and taking out more of their operations within the city.
With TRCC now coming out on top alongside the Irish and FSO, they began focusing on their roots and taking the time to socialise more with their allies and members, as well as work on their goals to create a city that belongs to them.

The organisation works primarily out of the north of Los Santos, in areas such as Rockford, Vinewood and Richman due to their wealth and history within the city. A lot of their members have grown up there and live within the surrounding neighbourhoods.
TRCC maintains a certain focus on high class vehicles which have a wide array of utilisation.
Sports cars, super cars and drag bikes are the main vehicles in use during the spring, summer and autumn but when the snow hits the members use vehicles such as Kamachos, BF400s and Biftas in order to continue operating in some of the worst weather conditions.


Albany, Annis, Benefactor, Bravado, Canis, Dewbauchee, Enus, Grotti, Invetero, Nagasaki, Obey, Pfister, Shitzu and Vapid are among some of the foremost manufacturers that the Commanders recommend for use within their criminal syndicate.

The vehicles must be blue in some way, at minimum a blue livery or a blue pearlescent, blue primary or secondary color.
The commanders of TRCC have a strong focus on relations and business opportunities with their associated organisations, their image and reputation means everything to them.

TRCC does not maintain a chain of command, they believe in all members being of equal value to the organisation and uphold a democratic decision making system.

 

Royal Clown
The royal clown is the head of all operations, diplomacy and the battlefield itself. There are only Two Royal Clowns present in the organization, running everything smoothly and without errors.

Commander
The commander’s make key decisions during the heat of the moment in order to sustain a calm environment during trying situations. They have a key focus on building and preserving relations with other organisations and pursuing business deals with said organisations.
Clown
The clowns are established members of the crew, with experience in a variety of areas within the underworld. They have proved their worth and gained the trust of the commanders.
Associate
The associates are newer members to the organisations, these people are on trial for the group in order for the commanders and the other clowns  to determine their worth and gain their trust.

Establish presence and power within Northern Los Santos and the surrounding neighbourhoods.


Establish influence upon the residents within our turf and area of control, as well as other gangs.


Purchase the cinema in Rockford and open it up to the public.


Build the organization's treasury to allow for the purchase of weaponry and vehicles for use within the organisation.


Find and secure more locations of interest to expand operations into, both in and out of the city.


Establish and maintain diplomatic relationships with other organizations in the city.

You must have at least 50k XP on the character you are joining with or have a high XP on an alternative character alongside a lot of roleplay experience. 


You must have a good standing within the community, this includes a good reputation and good attitude.


You must be actively playing the server as of recent and play a minimum of 5 hours a week, absences of longer than 3 days must be reported to a commander and approved. 


You must know members within our faction and have a strong IC relationship with their character.
