Player was following our car around for about 15 minutes and wouldnt respond when asked what he wanted except to verbally berate. Hello, the guys VDM me before this video many times, and they was going to NCZ after they stolen my friends car, they was chopshoping my friends car, and then they go to the NCZ and after NCZ they comes to this place. After reviewing all the evidence and the response from the reported party I have come to a conclusion that you will receive the punishment. You ran over the reported player like 4 times on separate occasions. Our rule for VDM states that: Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Now you complained that they did exactly same thing to you, however two wrongs doesn't make a right, you should've gathered all the evidence and just waited for staff member to respond or you should've taken it to forums.
