Fear Roleplay (FRP)

• Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life.

• Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger:

• When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range.

• When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range.

• When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger.

• Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

me and my friend were at the chopshop, i finished chopshopping a car then my friend decided to rob ID 14 he pulled a gun on him, he ran away the first time.

we were roaming and found him told him to get off the bike because his engine was stalled, when my friend started to rob him he ran to my car and ran away while my freind is aiming at him.

also we went again looking for him knowing that he left the server after 5 minutes of intearction.

• Garry_Brown | ID 14 -  Why did you run twice while under gunpoint? Is there a reason that you did not comply?

First time I started running because on my screen he didn't pull the gun yet and I stopped because they were spamming me on pms that they will report me and I wanted to respond. They then rammed me with a sports car, which is why my motor stopped and then continued to spam with report threats. At that point, I didn't have any will to respond to their rp.

in the second footage, its clearly you were the talking in ooc and trying to pause rp, so you took my car and ran also we had dm rights to ram you because the first he pulled a gun on you an you ran, also after 2 minutes of taking my car you left the server so there is that.

I dont but they were recording and they can show the footage and he said in the comment before that he rammed me so there is that.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players:

• ID 18 - Garry_Brown - Will receive a warning for Non RP | Fear RP - In the first interaction, we do not feel you broke Fear RP, as your bike was already moving and accelerating by the time a gun was pointed at you and a demand was given (0:02 in the first video). 
  The second interaction we believe you broke Fear RP, as you clearly had a gun pointed at you, and were given demands. You chose to run right past the man with the gun and get in the car. However, due to the excessive OOC spam, and the ramming, and being told you committed Fear RP when you did not, we will only issue a warning.
   
• ID 98 - Trevor_walker- Will receive a warning for Non RP | Excessive use of OOC chat - In the first interaction, we do not believe there was a violation of Fear RP. You then spammed in /b to the point it disrupted ID 18s RP. When he stopped to try and resolve it, you then rammed him, and continued to spam OOC chat. If you are reporting someone for FRP, a simple notification is all that is required. If they stop to work it out, you should not use that to your advantage to ram and rob them because you feel a rule was broken. Only admins can pause RP. You will receive a warning for spamming OOC chat

We found this interaction to be poor RP from both players. Both players will receive written warning on their accounts. Keep in mind although these are not punishments, they will be permanent notes on the account, and further offenses of this nature will take these notes into account, and likely result in more severe punishments.
