Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? Shawn, Rizzo and me in the same gang. I saw them at tequila-la and wanted to roll around with them. We were on the way to our houses, suddenly WCA Sentinel braked in-front of us and he got flipped and the Rebla GTS pulled up without any demands and started to shoot us. I personally took that to be a great act of violence towards our ally. However, as I thought the driver was already injured (he wasn't actually), I didn't shoot, and only aimed. https://streamable.com/oqrb5 However since you insist on reporting ID 134, which is a staff member, this is now pending senior admin+ The driver seems to have intentionally rammed the sentinel. He was going straight, then turned left into the sentinel for no apparent reason. Also, why didn't you give demands? The driver wasn't injured, it was me. The senior admin who handle it can cut ID 134 from the report since he didn't shoot at us, only aimed. We were returning to motel at high speed because our faction member called us, he was getting persued by a group who are our current enemies. When we arrive at the motel, our ally gets violently rammed, flipping his upside down to a stall (aggressive attack) infront of us, which we all witnessed. We then chose to defend our ally who got attacked, which we both witnessed and had backup requests. Alex's pov should provide very clearly, I have a video which contains staff should it be needed. I let off some shots towards the driver of the vehicle from my angle, unsure if I actually hit anyone. But yes, we had credible grounds from what we witnessed. Just to highlight, why Cevon may of got shot at is the angle of the shootout went down (stray fire), the target was the driver. I don't think this is a necessary report and we could of solved it via pms if you wanted to. From our pov, you sent our guy flying (infront of us) and we had been called in for backup cos he was being chased. I understand your point of view but I don't think it's deathmatch, it was unfortunate you were injured in the crossfire. You say he braked to stall which is hearsay, he did so to turn to the available escape route. You chased our faction member and he called backup, when we arrived you attacked the vehicle almost killing him in the ram, granting us rights to defend our own. Once we felt the threat was no more we stopped shooting. Anyway, will be pending any further questions from senior staff. All the best, Drizzy.
