How did the player break the rule(s)?

Player drove out of the scene and had a clean getaway at which point he decided to make a U turn coming back into the scene with me once again opening fire. I then think thats the end but player decides to yet again return to the scene a third time.

Hello, it was multiple of my friends still there, I was on the radio trying to figure out who was not injured so they could hop in my car, i got some radio calls, and i went back to try and find them to pick them up, I made sure as I was returning to  not hit anyone, trying not to break the one attempt rule, but I was merely trying to get my friends to hop in, before they got killed. There was no ill intent here, and I’m sorry if it came across that way.

If there are any further questions or clarifications needed, please let me know,

Thanks

Edit: You said somthing about me returning fire? I didn’t return fire after leaving the first time.

And i feel the RP is acceptable as me going back to save some friends is probably acceptable, but it’s open for discussion.

Thank you for your patience while this report was under review.

After reviewing the report extensively I have decided to deny this report for the following reason(s)

  • We find this not to be a breach of FRP or Non-RP. The reported party stated that he drove back into the scenario in order to pick up his ally and drive them both away safely. He was careful not to hit anyone in doing so and did not return fire. We find this to be an appropriate reason for him to return to the scene and therefore find him not to be in breach of any server rules.

This decision is final. Unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period. If you disagree with the outcome of this report, please file an appeal following the appeal guidelines and format.

Regards,

 Jasmine and Krooks365
