Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? i was robbing a guy at high ends, i frisked him and took his stuffs, he realized that im in his enemies gang so he started to disrecpect and laughs at me, i warned him so many times to stop laughs or ill kill him but he kept laugh and spammed it more after several warns i killed him, so he didnt fear for his life at all, he was laughing even when i stabbed him down to death. I first of all didn't recognize him at all I saw he was completly white but since I have like 5 days of experience in this game I didn't know who he was and which gang he was in. After I found out in an OOC chat but a part from that still to this day that dude is anonymus for me. But the thing is in the video you can't hear the audio and what he said. I was laughing because he robbed me for like some food, water, a bag, a radio and the phone battery. Like it was a useless robbery but nevermind. I did everything he said that was "Shut up or I'm gonna kill you" after I write "Alright don't worry...etc". At almost the last laugh he saw he wasn't respected or I don't know he got the ego hurted, so he said "Laugh another time and I'm gonna kill you". So since he said I couldn't laugh I said what you can clearly see in the video. I didn't take any action because I was gonna report him for non roleplay but I said well never mind I'm a new player maybe he knows something or I don't know. I comply with everything he said and asked he acted like a child and now he is reporting me in my opinion for no reason. He also said "Do you want to say something before I kill you" and I wanted to say but he stabbed me in 2 seconds without giving me the time to answer. But he took his time to say like "In the name of Odin you are gonna die". In my opinion it promotes poor roleplay if I'm insulting the guy who is robbing me, but its not a valid reason to end a persons life. Also he was abusing me over the VOIP. I would like to have the video with sound since you can clearly see he was talking but in the video he provided you can't hear anything otherwise I think this isn't a valid evidence. (Maybe he didn't record the audio becuase he was on discord= Metagaming. But this is just a supposition). In conclusion I felt like I respected all the rules tho I'm still new to the whole concept of roleplay and also very new to the server. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: ID 61 - Robert_Tzache will receive a warning for Fear-RP. After extensively looking over the video and reading over your statements, we do think that how you acted wasn't quite right. You started laughing when there was an armed man next to you who had a gun and a knife. However, the footage doesn't have audio and we are unable to review it correctly, you'll be receiving a warning for Fear-RP. I strongly suggest you read over our server rules, to prevent other punishments in the future. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
