Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. How did the player break the rule(s)? i was robbing a guy behind the mirror park store,his bike was inside the gas station and locked, i find out some new players are trying to bobby pins the bike, i waited for them to fully picklock it and steal the bike from them. they pickedlocked it and one of them jumped on the bike, i found out, aim her a gun from close range and gave her demands but she decided to flee away instead of stoping the bike, she didnt fear for her life at all Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/5dqa0 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Minidoom Posted March 6, 2020 Report Share Posted March 6, 2020 Not sure if this is sufficient but I live with the accused IRL. for starters, you were talking to her from behind a building lol. She could not even see you nor hear you. When you approached she was looking the other way, and it is well within the rules to speed off if you are in a vehicle with the engine on. ID 18 - Loretta_Strongman will receive no punishment I believe that it's not FearRP, as she was already driving away (not even towards you), when you pointed the gun at her. Realistically, if she feared for her life, she wouldn't stop. Also, I would like to remind the reporting party not to take forum reports lightly: "Please do not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have caused severe loss or were abused for benefit. Consider if you could possibly teach this player or if you've tried to come to a resolution on your own. Reporting another player should be reserved for your final options when a rule breach has occurred. Always try to teach other players in the community, especially with newer players, as well as help them truly understand your point of view prior to simply reporting them if something doesn't go your way."
