KronosBronx Posted March 1, 2020 Report Share Posted March 1, 2020 Required Report Format Player(s) being reported: id 121 122 266 Date of interaction reported: march 2 2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: Your characters name: Kronos Bronx Other player(s) involved: Lance Slash Specific rule(s) broken: 7.3 Vehicle deathmatch 7.3.1 Vehicle deathmatch is identical to deathmatch, however, the rule explains how vehicles should not be used as weapons. 7.3.2 A vehicle cannot be used to repeatedly force a player into a ragdoll state, for example, it cannot be used to knock the player down on the ground multiple times or to park a vehicle on top of them. 7.3.3 If there is a valid reason to attack someone, a vehicle may be used once (a failed attempt counts) to knock the other player on the ground. 7.3.4 If there are multiple players on a scene, the driver can hit each one of them only once, however, the driver is given only one attempt to do it. This means, that a vehicle cannot be used to drive through a scene multiple times with the purpose of hitting more players. // 6.6 Non-roleplay 6.6.1 Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. 6.6.2 Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Theft of a vehicle by hijacking the driver without any roleplay, when there are no circumstances to justify it, such as your character being in immediate danger of getting killed or arrested; • An attempt to provoke a police chase, without a realistic reason, also known as “cop baiting” (a realistic reason would be to divert police units away from an area, where your allies plan to commit a serious crime or are in the progress of one); • Hurting an injured player, because they ask to be killed, also known as “mercy killing” (usually done to respawn their character quicker, it’s unrealistic, because in reality people do not respawn). • Use of an expensive vehicle, such as a super car, to ram into other vehicles (players should show care and value their luxury vehicles, because they are costly to repair). 6.2.3 If a player’s game crashes while in an active roleplay scenario, both parties should attempt to make contact and try to resume the scenario. A player crash must never be used to put them in How did the player break the rule(s)? I was driving normally on my LANE and these guys went full speed with a sport car into me (while in a suv and them in the wrong lane) making me fly away and stall my engine, they took the advantage of this OOC crash(VDM) as they call "desync" and yet call it "IC issue crash" Nope, it is not an IC issue crash cause if it would have been taken ICLY you would have been dead since I was in a suv and you in a sport car. Lets start off by saying that I am sorry for saying few words on /b trying to tell them it is not okay what happened, but they still took advantage of this and robbed us when this situation was anything but IC. (15+ minute video can be provided we never met these guys and they had no reason to ram my car either) Also want to mention id 266 rammed me with his drag bike intentionally since he had lot of space and dont lie saying I was somewhere else on your screen, I stood still for more than 10+seconds for everyone. According to the rules , when anything OOCLY happens every player should not lose his advantage or anyone else to take other's advantages, just as when someone crashes, they log in back and continue, they just seem to dont care about the rules at all. Hoza Posted March 2, 2020 Report Share Posted March 2, 2020 Hello, this is ID266 and I was on the drag, i was ahead of my friends and I heard on radio that they hit someone and I just came back as they told they gonna rob them. I came up assuming this was all IC and the car is stalled but watching the video now I actually realise that my friends were going the wrong lane. (Not sure if they were desynced or anything will need to wait for theyre reply) And I am trully sorry about that. In the last few seconds you can see me running over a guy with a drag, but on my screen I didnt hit him. I just got the orders to rob the car and thats it, i did not drive. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: [Eddzy_Oakes [ID #122]] - [NonRP] - [Offense #3] - [You hit a brawler head on, baring in mind it is a car twice the size of your and proceeded to take advantage of the fact that it was desync and proceeded to rob the reporting party. In situations like this we should use logic and if a heavy vehicle like a brawler gets hit going at the speed and your little sports car receives no damage then there is definitely something wrong there.] If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
