ID 205 here driving the spectre. You can clearly see I was trying to avoid contact.

I pull ahead a couple times in an attempt to slow you down in a rolling block, in which you ram me.

Slow me down with a sport car while I'm in a Contender? You don't seem to value your car buddy 😕😮

120 here, firstly i wasn't in a sports car i was in a blista compact, and it would be nice if you could add more context to what happened before the chase 🙂

The chase started by you driving next to me while we both were speeding then giving demands which were invalid. Provide some evidence to support your statements.

Im driving the elegy its pretty simple to be honest you haven't given evidence of how the incident started out and have not told the full truth. And yeah i did bash you its called a pit maneuver the police and criminals use it in real life and this is role play. you can clearly see me trying to line you up to pull it off. aside from that your evidence is trash because you haven't even shown how the issue started when you were pulled over stationary and refused to get out the vehicle when 3 cars pull up on you with guns you did no rp u just drove off and moaned in ooc chat. good day

PLAYER REPORT ACCEPTED

Thank you for your patience while this report was under review.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players:

  • Stanley_Bonnet - Non-RP #4 | Not valuing an expensive vehicle - Using a comparison of a PIT from police is not acceptable here sorry. Your vehicle is expensive and not purpose built for such maneuvers like police cars are.
  • Dirk_Mcgirt - Non-RP #1 (warning) | Not valuing an expensive vehicle - You are receiving this warning as although you did not directly ram the contender, you kept on placing yourself in front of it to slow it down resulting in you repeatedly damaging your vehicle.
  • Charles_Mcwhiliker - Non-RP #1 | Unrealistic ramming - As can be seen in the footage, you hit the SUV so hard with your small car that it send it spinning. If injuries and damage were realistic with GTA physics/mechanics, you would be lucky to be walking.

If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.

Regards,

MrSilky
