vx3r Posted March 1, 2020 Report Share Posted March 1, 2020 (edited) This was the dumbest situation I've been in I could not see your car and you was teleporting on my screen and I could not understand where you car was going. You can see me trying to box you in but then me slamming breaks on as your car was teleporting everywhere. If i would've rammed you my car would of get hit aswell but as you can see my direction was smooth. My internet is pretty good my ping stay around 50 or lower there is no chance that i was lagging, If you were the elegy driver you didn't ram me once you kept on ramming me over and over again. Unless you got a video evidence of this "LAG" which im guessing you dont have. Also i would like to add i called you guys in OOC chat right after this incident and none of you told me about the desync? Navster Posted March 1, 2020 Report Share Posted March 1, 2020 It was desync ram and he was telelporting on my screen due to lag i did not capture evidence of this but my internet speeds are not very good currently and I had been desync lgging since i came on at 8pm GMT. To clear off things, you claim your internet is good yet its not shown anywhere, everyone saw you laggy and teleporting, as you can see in your own evidences, it is impossible to ram someone and flip his car in a wall with not even 30 km/h ? You were told to leave multiple times even when being chased with a gun, yet you decided to come back again and again which is non rp, anyways, it was a huge desync as you can see everyone that was near you, were buggy. He was shouting out of his window saying I quote ‘You fucking Niggers’ after this matter he continued to drive around the motel after we told he to go away and fuck off multiples times also saying he is going to get killed if continues to linger around the area at the times of this matter we where not recording because there was no real reason to do so. The first thing that pops into my head when someone is shout racist comments out of there window and driving around our our gang HQ is not to record them. All they tried to was to box you, not even an intention to ram or VDM. The evidence can be seen in your own videos, white clothes guys (prospects) kept coming to you with guns out and you kept runing from them even you didnt post the full videos so you could hide the fact you're non rping. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: Jimmy_Santa [ID #50] - Non-RP #3 | Ramming with a super car - I appreciate that there may have been some discrepancies due to desync between yourself and the reporting party's vehicle but it is clear to see that you are not valuing your vehicle at all. Not only are you ramming/blocking/scraping (depending on the extent of the reported desync) the reporter's vehicle, you also plowed your supercar into a wall in doing so thus not valuing it at all. Dario_Green [ID #43] - Non-RP #2 | Ramming with a sports car - In this situation you can be seen repeatedly ramming the reporting party's vehicle. Not only that, but you also at one point do a burnout while pressed up against his car. Without evidence to prove desync, I am not satisfied and as such you will be receiving this punishment. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
