14. Deathmatch (DM)

• Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction.

• Examples of valid reasons to attack another player:

• If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property.

• If they report you to the police for a serious crime.

• If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup.

• A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands.

• A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands.

• If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s).

• Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt.

• Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of:

  1.  Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.)

  2.   Someone is attempting to take your life.

  3.   Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen.

• You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

We had big shootout here, this guy appeared from nowhere, at first he tried to hit me with car, but seems it was way too hard, because of this Journey weight, and 2nd time he finally hit me,

but got bugged and made me injured. On my eyes it look like he hit 4-5 times. He wrote in /b cause hes bugged, because i didnt understood why he did that, he left me injured, because of that

i lost my sg with 20 ammo, 50. pistol almost full and other many things. If report will be accepted I wish to get these things back.

first off this report has been concluded in game by @Jasmine and behalf of @Bakmeel which they said what i did was fine.

2nd off I DIDNT try to ram u first time at 0:03 and its pretty obvious that I tried to block your way and so I saw you aiming and started shooting, I circled back around and tried my first attempt of ramming which was a successful ram and I got stuck as you can see at 0:16.

I don't see your point reporting someone in game and it gets denied and moving it to forums and also threatening me in pms that "im no more giving you guys any chances, ill report everything" smth like that you can check Einaras_Blatniak's logs for that with stamp time.

maybe lets point out how you guys opened fire on us randomly while we were only chasing? hmm sounds like someone tryna hide PoVs?

[Aldarine]

Following discussion with staff this report will be denied as it was handled in game and deemed not VDM. What is being claimed as a first attempt was determined to not be an attempt at a ram on the reporting player. Only 1 attempt was made which is in full accordance and allowed by server rules.
