14. Deathmatch (DM)

• Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction.

• Examples of valid reasons to attack another player:

• If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property.

• If they report you to the police for a serious crime.

• If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup.

• A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands.

• A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands.

• If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s).

• Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt.

• Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of:

  1.  Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.)

  2.   Someone is attempting to take your life.

  3.   Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen.

• You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

We just had a nice time of RP, for no reason I have been hit by this officer with his car. He never even said sorry to me. I also used /report 4 form to ask admins to help me, but got no any help.

I got ruined RP, lost my bike, 50. pistol full, AK with 100 bullets, and clip. Bag, Radio, Food. I wish to get all these things back.

As i stated to you in a PM i never hit you on my screen, you just fell off. It was a major crime scene event going on at the time. There were just not enough time for me to pause everything with the help of admins, and even as you said, admins did not respond at the time. 

Then i asked you, did you get sent to prison? No you said, good, then i also told you to ask for a reimbursement for the items you lost. And yes i have the footage from my side. It's uploading right now.

Hello, thank you for your report.

As the footage provided by Hamilton suggests, he had no intention of ramming you, he kept in a continuous straight line. Even if this had been a normal crash (not desync), it would have been deemed as an IC motor-vehicle accident, as again - his footage shows that there was no intention of ramming you. You make a u-turn crossing his lane without even checking to make sure there's no traffic beforehand.  Keep that in mind for the future, all car collisions are not going to be DM. Car collisions, as in real life, can happen through accidents / neglect. 

You may post a refund request for any items lost and provide sufficient evidence as per guidelines, as this death was caused due to desync.
