• If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s).

• Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt.

• Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of:

  1.  Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.)

  2.   Someone is attempting to take your life.

  3.   Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

We were in a shootout when ID 85 began to flee and ID 86 picked him up in a Schlagen GT and proceeded to run over Billy Noonan ( ID 10 ) he then circled back and tried to run me over. 

You can see in this picture he tried to ram my ally.

You can see in this picture ID 86 turned right into me after attempting to run my ally over.

Aite so I wish I had my own POV, but let me just point out the fact that I was simply trynna swerve to the right so I dont hit the mule that was in the middle of the road when ID 10 was crossing the street. If i wanted to hit ID 10 i coulda easily done it as he was crossing the street but  I swerved to the right like I said to not hit him. The second time is normal, a guy was trynna run over a man that was shooting at his car since I justified my first "ram". I coulda easily went to the left and hit the man that was crossing the street. You can look at the first pic that there was a mule in the middle of the road and I was not trynna hit that, but if you take it as me attempting to "ram" then thats on you. I even PMed ID 10 and asked him, "did I really hit you?" and he replies and says "better have your footage".  thats 30 minutes after the whole situation so my recording didnt get footage that far behind. Also I just wanna state the fact that I was just picking up my passenger and flee him away from the situation I would have not came back if you didnt shoot. I see how that could be seen as VDMing but like I said I was just trynna evade the mule that was in the middle of the road.

When he jumped over the small ledge you went directly for him but he kept on running which is why you failed.

maybe you did not understand me the first time, but I mentioned the fact that there was a mule in the middle of the road so I swerved to the right to not hit it, and luckily i went behind ID 10 if I wanted to hit him I coulda easily done it so.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we have decided to deny this report for the following reason(s):

• We find that this was not an intentional (V)DM break. The first hit is not an intentional ram but rather happens as he avoids a mule in the middle of the road. And he does not hit the same player the second time. The rules state: Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. As he did not run over the same character this rule was not broken. He had rights to ran you as you were shooting.

This decision is final. Unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period. If you disagree with the outcome of this report, please file an appeal following the appeal guidelines and format.
