How did the player break the rule(s)? Riley Cripps (ID 163) Made a 911 call about being robbed. I responded to the call as well as one PD officer. I arrived to see Riley on his knees telling me that he was being robbed. A few moments passed to only then his friends came out from the building with a gun pointed at me telling me to put my hands up. They demanded that I drop my service pistol which I rply did (I cant scripty drop it). Then after a few more moments the PD officer arrived and both party's began shooting each other. I then rply picked back up the service pistol when I wasn't under fearrp and by that time both Riley and his friend Mike(ID 9) were injured from gsws. Stormzuhhh Posted February 28, 2020 Report Share Posted February 28, 2020 Hello I am Riley Cripps in this situation and i will be completely honest and straight forward, i had no idea that cop baiting is a rule in ECRP. In a way i had a valid reason because ive been arrested so many times, but in another way i dont, and would like to sincerely apologize to the active parties... I would first like to thank everyone who responded with their side of the story and for explaining their actions which can be seen in the provided evidence. After extensively reviewing the provided evidence and taking into account the responses, we have come to a conclusion. Player Riley_Cripps will receive a punishment for baiting | Offence #3. Player Mike_John will receive a punishment for baiting | Offence #3. I am now going to explain the reasoning behind punishments and what led us to this conclusion. In the provided evidence, it can be seen that the two players did indeed call the cops in order to rob them. However this is in violation of our Non-Roleplay rules, specifically Cop Baiting. We do understand that both of you may have not known about this rule, but due to both of your admin logs you both should know every one of Eclipse's Rules.
