Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. How did the player break the rule(s)? Otarik Hoza was being arrested at the Los Santos Bank and did not respond for 30-40 seconds. Throughout the whole time at the Los Santos Bank he did not talk to anyone over the radio or the phone as said by Belle Cavallera who was with him the whole time. Eventually they both got arrested and Otarik Hoza was not moving, unresponsive for 30-40 seconds, like I said in the beginning and soon after he came back with "oh shit sorry" and ran away, at exactly the same time. For the whole time, a Black and White Trophy Truck driven by ID 257 pulled up as Otarik Hoza came back from his potential "AFK" and hopped into the vehicle like it was nothing. The reason for the report is to see whether these two players were possibly metagaming since the Trophy Truck was parked for the duration of Otarik Hoza's absence and pulled up just a second or two before he became "awake" again. Evidence of rule breach: The footage will only be available to a member of staff that takes the report since it contains some Staff chat and the video was uploaded initially with it. Everything started when the girl ‘who wanted to buy the house’ was really suspicious and tried to get inside. Whilst she was next to my house, I interacted with 2 of my friends throughout radio and one of them is getting reported now. I’ve explained to them that there is a cop car pulled up literally 20 meters away, the girl is refusing to take off the mask and just being weird in general. Eventually the girl decided to pay at the bank and I actually believed in it, told my friend I’m going bank, and my friend with Trophy Truck literally pulled up as I said that next to my house, I talked to him for about 30 seconds, telling him that I am going to the bank, to write up a contract and she will pay me. The reason I was slow to reply to RP or potentially stalled is as it was quite late in my time and I already needed to be off an hour before and was trying to save time and getting ready my stuff for work for the next day. ( the girl can agree as I even interacted with her that I need to do everything as fast as possible ). (Talking about the RP upstairs, as it did take me few extra seconds to read the rp as at that time there was a lot of spam from the outside) When cops placed the cuffs on me, and went outside, the cop said lets wait for our marked cruiser, my friend came up to me, and i started having a conversation with him, i told him quickly to get the car in a middle a random question, and he ran to get it, thats why I refused to move when cop said Okay, lets go. The only reason I stood there and didn't respond as I tried to make time, as I was able to see my friend opening the door and pulling up. Unfortunately I haven’t got any footage as I only save up to 8 minutes incase of something, but I didn’t save this RP as I didn’t think I did anything wrong. I would love if the admins could check the other logs, as there was no metagaming at all, we interacted through IC, then after we ran away from cops, got chased by zetas and triads and got robbed. I would like you to reply with your side and please answer the following; 1) How did you know Hoza was in trouble/getting arrested? I.e Were you already on scene? Were you driving past and notice it? Were you contacted, if so how? 2) Hoza in his response and the video shows him not responding for awhile so he was expecting you to pull up, how did you both organise this? We will be checking logs for this report also and we are just trying to get everyone's side so the story makes sense. I went to take my car out from impound and after taking it out i saw him near impound, we talked for like 30 seconds, I told him that i'm gonna go grab a gun and we can meet up, he said he's going to the bank, I took my gun and went to the bank where I found like 20 vehicles parked in the middle of the intersection, after that cleared up I parked my car and went to the front of the bank where Hoza was in cuffs and 2 cops near him, I told him: "Everytime I see you, you're getting arrested", I then went back to my car opened the passenger door, drove up next to him while he was getting taken to the cruiser and honked in which case he got in and we made our getaway. Also I would like to mention me and Korab are good friends and we are in the same gang, we tend to help each other at every situation, so thats why there was no questions asked and he just went to get his car and try to help me.
