How did the player break the rule(s)?

Whenever I started following dude(ID54), he started wheeling on his BF 400 to gain more speed so I can't catch up with him.

You didn't even talk to me, or tried no initiate role-play, when i did a wheelie i was going on CC so i didn't get the speed advantage you're speaking of.
And when i went out of cc i just sped. I didn't lean nor did a wheelie.

Why did you perform the wheelie in the first place, whether or not you thought you were being chased by Kelly in the first place, or performing a simple "Impromptu Race", it should have been obvious that she was following you and gaining information, relaying that to her allies for assistance. 

In the above video, when she then started to lose sight of you, she was going around 120km/h and still accelerating. However it seems that you went from around 100km/h to what would have been roughly 160+km/h as an estimate and continued to accellerate.

I also tested this on the same stretch of road with the same bike. At maximum without performing a wheelie I was able to achieve around 150km/h. Then performing a wheelie I was able to achieve around 210km/h, highly unrealistic.

In your above response also, what are you referring to as "going on CC"?

I didn't look back, she didn't talk to me, i was doing a wheelie on CC (cruise control) and when i left CC (cruise control) thats when i sped, and my bike is maxed, it stagnates at 180 km'h, when i saw her i was going 88 km'h(at frame 19) , she didn't say anything so i toggled off CC (cruise control) off and went on my way. I don't know what she wanted to DO but this post seems like a childish thing to do, since she didn't say anything and just cried wolf.

Hello

As I saw him I turned from my way to the right where he went to. As he was wearing all black I thought it might be one of the dudes from the gang we’re at war with now. My intentions were to follow him and get my friends on this chase (sadly you cant hear what I say on the radio) and to get him of the bike ID him and check what’s in the bag. As usually people don’t carry bags like that there must have been something heavy as I thought either meat or guns. That’s the second reason I started following him.

I don't know what she wanted but I think this report is completely unnecessary since it was made on the basis of OP being upset she didn't have it her way.
  Also i'd like to apologize for not being naive or stupid enough to bring my bike to a complete stop, ask her if she wanted to rob me and allow her to do so completely without incident.

It's not because I'm upset or anything it's because I think what you did is not okay and I think you broke the rules there

@Zyzla I was going at 88 km/h when i did the wheelie, i didn't gain speed or advantage since i had Cruise Control on, so where did i break the  rules?

@MadCow it did not matter really if you thought her intentions were to rob you or race you. You were clearly acknowledging the fact that she was there. I also don't believe a BF400 has that kind of acceleration at max level.

@Varakai Maybe a BF400 without being modified, mine has everything maxed but the suspension. What would you do IRL if some one would come after you and you were compromised because you had just done a illegal deal. How would you react IC when you see some one with ZETA colors come after you? I've been robbed some times by them so its pretty obvious what i'll do when i see people coming after me.

I know its against the rules to do wheelies to gain speed, but i did not do that, my character likes to do wheelies so i did one with cruise control on 88 km/h so i don't really know what you guys are crying about, i'm starting to think that your being biased by her being a women and your need to be a white knight, so i'm requesting another admin to review this post.

Thank you for your patience while this report was under review. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: Hernando_Jones [ID #54] - Non-Roleplay - Offense #3 - Performing a wheelie to gain advantage @MadCow I was honestly thinking of closing this report due to the fact there is not enough evidence to determine whether or not Kelly was going to pursue you or not. Yes, wheelies are against the rules in order to gain advantage over other players. As I said before it does not matter if you were fleeing from her or it was just an "Impromptu Race", I still believe that you performed a wheelie to gain an advantage somehow. After re-reviewing the footage I did notice at the 0.26, 0.30 and the 0.32 second frame, your bike's front wheel did indeed leave the ground. Furthermore, you stating that i am "being Biased by her being a woman and your need to be a white knight", I find to be highly insulting as you are implying I am abusing my power. I have no affiliation with @Zyzla both in-game or IRL whatsoever and would gain no benefit from her or her gang by punishing you.  Therefore I have decided to issue a punishment for Non-Roleplay. As this would be your third offence you will be sent to Admin Jail for 25 minutes. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.  Regards, Varakai Administrator EclipseRP
