How did the player break the rule(s)?
Man stalled so long till his allies got in position. I've literally lost a full kit AK cause of these antics.

Hi, I am ID 107 first off I don't have to speak to you it's my choice if I wanted too so I stayed there my allies were set up watching the whole thing. When you got out the vehicle I thought my bike was locked. Sorry but you didn’t RP whatsoever. I wasn't aware I was getting reported by this dude as I would’ve shown that I wasn’t being aimed at in my POV as I was looking directly at the reporting party. I didn't stall by RP ,I was also stuck in animation which is not my fault, I didn’t have enough time and you were just screaming at me towards the end. Rules:

Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do.

Players should not deprive other players of roleplay

I did not deprive you of RP since you didn't want to RP anyways. These are from the rules that I have "apparently" broken.

Thank you @Sufyaan for your prompt response to this report, it is much appreciated.

Prior to concluding this report, I have one follow up question as noted below:

@Alithyera - Why do you find it appropriate to state "give him demands and wait for 30 seconds and shoot him off the bike" ICly when this is directly in reference to OOC rules?

I look forward to your response.

Best Regards,

Aldarine & @Timmaayy

Thank you once again for this player report and for your patience during my review. After reviewing all of the statements and evidence, this report will be concluded as follows:

Player Sufyaan_Khan will receive no punishment for the reported incident.

To explain the rationale for the lack of punishment on this player report, I will walk you through the submitted video evidence. At the start of the video, the reporting party and allies can be seen approaching the reported party who is sitting on his motorcycle. At approximately 0:31, the reported party is given demands to get off of his bike, to which he complies immediately and even puts his hands up although not ordered to. The players inside of the vehicle then begin laughing and talking among themselves for some time until it is decided to rob the player. At 1:03, one party exits the truck in an attempt to steal the bike and shortly after multiple others arrive on scene. At no point was the reported party not in compliance with demands or seemingly stalling for time for allies to get in position. Ally arrival occurred shortly after the reporting party exited the truck and the outcome of the scene could very well have been due to the delay in deciding to rob the player.

Player Albert_Sun will receive a note on his account for mixing during reported incident.

As mentioned above in an question, you directly made a reference to the ECRP rules when stating to give demands, wait a specified amount of time, and then open fire. Under no circumstances is this acceptable behavior to reference OOC rules when you are IC. We ask that all players consistently keep the rules in mind during their time in the server but referencing specifics through IC means (ie: VOIP) is not okay. This is simply a note on your account (not a punishment) that you have been spoken to regarding this and have been told to not repeat this behavior.

I would also like to note to all parties that simply aiming from inside of a vehicle and issuing demands to somebody outside of a vehicle should not be done without roleplay. Due to potential issues with visibility (it can be extremely hard to see somebody aiming in such a manner from inside a vehicle) you should properly utilize roleplay commands to make it known when you are aiming and to whom. In this scene in particular, it is incredibly difficult to properly see the passenger of the vehicle aiming behind himself at the reported party. Along with this, you are expected to maintain aim at all times (unless typing roleplay) to enforce Fear RP on another player.

Report denied.

Best Regards,
Aldarine & @Timmaayy
