I got off my bike & gave ID 157 demands while he didn't have any gun in his hands. ID 157 pulled his gun out while he was under FearRP & answered with fire. Funny how the reporting party didn't show that in their recording and failed to even say 207 was involved, even though they gunned down ID 55. They were outnumbered from the beginning. Another point, we both drew guns around the same time. I pulled my gun out just as she got off the bike if you watch my evidence, so FRP wouldn't work in that case. You clearly don't know the meaning of FEAR RP, if you move the clip from the screenshot you provided while trying to pull your gun out she already is POINTING her gun towards you and giving DEMANDS. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we have decided to deny this report for the following reason(s): I find that this was not an intentional fear rp break. The reported party equipped his gun before a gun was pointed and demands were given to him. In fact, he draws his weapon as the reporting party states "show me your hands", before a weapon is in view (as the reporting party was driving with a weapon equipped). It is only because of the animation that it appeared that he pulled his gun out after. Therefore if the animation hadn't delayed in the reporting parties POV, he would not have been placed under fear rp. I am also convinced that had he not drawn his gun it would not have altered the outcome of the role play scenario as his friends were behind the reporting party with guns. This decision is final. Unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period. If you disagree with the outcome of this report, please file an appeal following the appeal guidelines and format.
