Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. How did the player break the rule(s)? In the clip we hold this man up as he's driving a blue vehicle which we thought were zetas, we waited there until he came out and held him up, afterwards some of his friends piled out the mines and started attacking us so we fought back, after getting most of them, I went to stand up next to him to make sure he did not try to flee, while standing next to him he gets up I am a gun at him and he says dont shoot me twice while Im aiming at him ordering him to get back on his knees he refuses and shoots me, I would like to point out that he had enough time to say dont shoot me twice even though I had my weapon pointed at him, Evidence of rule breach: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
