Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. 9. Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. How did the player break the rule(s)? The Triads randomly started chasing me while I was all the time on a high speeding, noisy bike (160km/h) with a mask on that's highly restricting my FoV. The whole chase was about 30-45 minutes long, in which they just chased me around the highway. ID 84 showed extremely poor roleplay by not valuing his own life, getting extremely close to me on a high speeding bike, touching me multiple times which risks my or his bike getting out of control thus crashing & dirving infront of me, attempting to block me multiple times which could've resulted in my & his own death, while all his allies always kept their distance, behaving realistically. At one point I was talking at the radio while going 160km/h, and ID 84 used that information by giving it through the radio to his allies, even though he would've never been able to hear that realistically due to the wind sounds that occur from that speed + the noisy bikes. Such ruined any counter attack roleplay opportunity from my side since they knew my destination. They also gave me demands while I was speeding all the time, making them invalid. The reason I asked her that for the sole reason, cause I was waiting at bank for 30 minutes for her to respond at all while chilling I found something regarding an anime on the internet I wanted to show her on discord, don't be petty and point that out @Alithyera, you're better than that. I would like you to comment on why you were zig-zagging infront of the bike like that on several occasions during this chase, driving eratically at high speeds? Alithyera Posted February 23, 2020 Report Share Posted February 23, 2020 I used zig zagging as means to slow her down, my bike is way more powerful than hers and I can keep it going faster in front of her and perform such act without a fear of a BF catching up and bumping or tail whipping me, as we have no means to box her in with our bikes. I would like to add that due to immersion at the time and extremely long chase different tactics appropriate to situation, where demands could not be given I have tried to deter her from speeding away, slow her down where demands could be delivered as we were getting tired of the chase. I do not see this nonRP as I trust myself and my bike one million dollars worth bike to outperform a BF400. Even in the video I have voiced it that I am not touching her, and when I did on her end it was purely desync, and if we start handing out nonRP's for desync... then you get what I'm saying. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would first like to thank everyone who responded with their side of the story and for explaining their actions which can be seen in the provided evidence. After extensively reviewing the provided evidence and taking into account the responses, we have come to a conclusion. Player Albert_Sun will receive a warning for Poor Roleplay. Players 84, 38 & 14 will receive a verbal warning for use of leaning to gain speed. I would first like to start off with this line from the report guidelines: “Please do not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have caused severe loss or were abused for benefit.” This report can be classed as petty, there were no major rulebreaks nor loss due to this incident. I am now going to explain the reasoning behind the warning and what led us to this conclusion. In the provided evidence, it can be seen that the reported party used very dangerous and unrealistic techniques in front of the player in an attempt to slow them down. This can be classed as very poor roleplay due to the appearance of the movement and the risk involved with it. Please keep this in mind for the future if you are ever in a similar situation. I would also like to add that this is not a punishment, just a warning. It will also act as a reminder about this and shows other staff members, if confronted in the future with a similar situation, that you have been spoken to before. Secondly, we would like to address the verbal warning and what led us to this. It is stated within the rules that wheelieing and leaning forward cannot be used to gain speed as it puts other players at a disadvantage. However due to the little gains of this on that particular bike, there will be no warnings given. Please keep this in mind when driving motorcycles in the future. Thirdly, we would like to explain the lack of punishment for Non-Roleplay along with metagaming. These rulebreaks are minor at that and do not affect roleplay in any way. Demands at that high of a speed are unrealistic and thus do not count as plausible demands. However this will not be punished for at this time. This report is partially accepted and archived.
