Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) • Wheelies/Leaning Forward on Motorcycles: Abusing game mechanics such as doing wheelies or leaning forward on a motorcycle to gain a significant speed advantage over other players will not be tolerated. That means if you are being chased by another player, you shouldn't be doing wheelies or leaning forward to gain speed. Around 5 minutes before we seen this player on the highway he called cops on us for robbing another player whilst seeking protection at Sandy MD's NCZ. Then we all left sandy to head back to the city and me and Jay seen ID 50 stopped in the middle of the highway. I get off my bike and point a gun in his face and issue demands and he drives off abusing the wheelie acceleration on the bf400 to flee. I was driving to city and then one of their gang members(blue) accidentaly VDMED me for no reason, we kept contacting in OOC, that it was just mistake.(check logs). I don’t have good friendship with them so kept distance while have been arguing with him. And then two guys came on bikes( they also were blue) so I ran away. They gave me commands, but in my POV they still were on their bikes.(mega desync, sometimes I cant even see bikes)I can’t film my gameplay due low end PC. I would first like to thank everyone who responded with their side of the story and for explaining their actions which can be seen in the provided evidence. After extensively reviewing the provided evidence and taking into account the responses, we have come to a conclusion. Player Jamal_Scupe will receive a punishment for Fear Roleplay | Offence #2. Player Jamal_Scupe will receive a warning for the use of wheelieing to gain speed. I am now going to explain the reasoning behind the punishment for Fear Roleplay and what led us to this conclusion. In the provided evidence, it can be seen that the reporting party aimed a weapon at the player in an attempt to get them off the motorcycle. However instead of roleplaying a realistic amount of fear for the weapon, they drove off. There is no evidence provided that proves otherwise and thus we will be issuing the punishment. Secondly, we would like to address the other warning for wheelieing to gain speed. This rule states that wheelieing and leaning forwards cannot be used as a way to gain speed, thus giving an advantage to the player. This will act simply as a warning to not do this and nothing else.
