Hernando_Jones ID 69 (Combat log)

Recommended Posts

Player(s) being reported: Player ID 69
Date of interaction reported: 22/02/2020
Unix time stamp from HUD: 1582355852

Your characters name: Arnold Kingston

Other player(s) involved: WCA faction members

Specific rule(s) broken:

8. Non-Roleplay (NRP)
Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.
Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay:
• Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason.
• Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching).
• Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles.
• Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water.
• Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase.
Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof.
In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through.
Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do.
In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave.
Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on

I would say logging during roleplay would very much fall under non-RP/Combat logging.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

Myself and some other WCA members were going to the drug lab located at Mount chilliad, upon arrival we spot ID 69, he begins to run and we give chase. He logs at gun point. This was very annoying because the shelves were emptied and he was most likely the person who had used the ingredients. Would of been nice to continued to the roleplay. We waited a further 10 minutes after he logged and he did not return nor did he try contact any of us about the sitaution.

Evidence of rule breach:

Here is a screenshot however I do have a video for staff who handles this report if necessary, thanks.

  • [Hernando_Jones [ID #69]] - Why can you be seen logging out once you’re approached at the lab?

If the players above fail to respond to this report within the next twenty-four (24) hours, this report will be concluded based on the evidence that has already been provided, to the best of our ability.

Thank you for your patience while this report was under review.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue a punishment to the following player(s):

Hernando_Jones [ID 69] - NRP #2 l Combat Logging -The evidence provided shows you logging at gunpoint. You do not return to the game or notify anyone that you have been disconnected. This is a clear breach of the server rules and that is why we are issuing this punishment. Please reread the rules to avoid a similar report or situation in the future.

If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
