How did the player break the rule(s)? id 258 points a gun at him while he's on a bike and he flees, ID 258 was basically right next to him, I would also like to point out that he circles back around when two armed men are pointing guns at him, he then flees again. Amirali Posted February 22, 2020 Report Share Posted February 22, 2020 (edited) @Fa1N hi first of all i was typing in ooc i was saying you are offroading with a super car. even i reported them right after and an admin responded (his name was @froggytommy and he said its okay to offroad with any car, and i was like wtf? how? beause i am sure i saw this rule before in quiz tests or rules of eclipse and the reason i escaped was i thought they broke the rules first and they cant do that to me right after rule breaking) and also even if the rules have changed and there is not any direct rule for this ( maybe its updated and i found this out right after i reported them ) : as i read other rules,players should show care and value their luxury vehicles because they are costly .how he go offroad with a super sport car on the mountain? and as i know powergaming is doing an unrealistic action that no one does in real,i never seen some one offroad with a super car , i was chatting in ooc with them he just got angry because of ooc and started to revenge in IC,i dont know what you call it. also we have a rule if someone dont have a voip and he is typing in a rp like robbing some one ,while he is typing its like he has point the gun and he is talking,here i have no voice i was chatting with them,i cant chat and drive at same time,why that rule is not right in this situation? only at pointing gun? its not fair if i am the one that you want to ban because i was doing freelance job and some robbers wanted to rob me and everyday i get robbed at every job by them just because i want to be a good person in this game just because the server rules are the benefit of criminals all the time and not victims and cops have useless roleplay in the game since every time i call them in day for each time i get robbed they just ask what was their car,whom were they look like and they go and nothing happens,robbers never get arrested,then let me get banned. i just got tired of getting robbed in the server every day 3-4 times and i lose all of my stuffs which are as a result of hours of working at freelance jobs and robbers rob my whole day profit in 1 .minute. i just trying hard for many suggestion in forum sections for a better rp server and i am not a rule breaker and just want to be a good hard working guy in the game as you see here : these are some of my threads that are fresh and they show i am willing for a good rp server. then let me get banned. i dunno what to say,i am just tired of this cruel rules and people and city i can just say i am sorry for what happened and i am sorry for what was seen but was not really as what it looked . Fa1N Posted February 25, 2020 Report Share Posted February 25, 2020 PLAYER REPORT DENIED The following players will receive the following punishments: Rashid_Ameen [20] - will receive no punishment. After reviewing all the evidence and all the responses from the reported and reporting party, I have come to a following conclusion. I won't punish the reported party, it only took him a second or so before he took off, his engine was on and I think he was allowed to flee and I don't think he deserves a punishment. If he stayed around for longer, then I'd be happy to give him Fear Rp. Now if you think they broke the rules, don't go to OOC straight away and complain, collect all the footage needed and either /report or make a forum report, jumping straight into OOC and arguing doesn't help neither of you.
