Hello, here’s Manuel. As you can see in his own video he pulled out a pistol so I used fearRP seeing that he had a gun out and in character our gangs have a conflict so i used FearRP to determine that if i didnt shoot first that he was going to shoot so than i had shot first and as you can see he was quick to shoot back so i had a reason to shoot first in fear for my life and his colleague was shooting on us. I didn’t notice any kind of dm in that situation. Here’s my friend record https://streamable.com/7idj9 it explain everything itself

Thank you for your patience while this report was under review.

The initial shootout occurred because your accomplice aimed his weapon at your assailants:

When ID 177 fires directly at ID 156 for the first time, ID 156 was aiming at ID 177.

MNlPPCD.png

1 shot was fired in the general direction of ID 156 prior to this shot, but cannot be proved to be aimed at player 156 (as player 156 was out of sight when the shot was fired, & it impacted the dumpster). It is also important to note that ID 156 was unable to see this round fired in his direction. ID 156 heard gunshots, and therefore aimed at 177 as he came around the dumpster. This nullifies any FearRP, as both players are facing each other with weapons pointed. Meaning both players are allowed to attack.

Therefore, after reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to issue a note on the account of the following player(s):

  • Manuel_Felipe [ID 177] - Although the first shot was likely intended for ID 156, it is not conclusive. The first effective shot at ID 156 was when he was pointing at you. However, in the future be advised more care should be taken before opening fire. It is your responsibility as the shooter to have a valid reason to attack, and be able to provide evidence. Your driver telling you to shoot is not a reason to fire, nor is relying on other players POVs to justify your actions. If you do not have evidence, and are not 100% sure you have a right to attack, do not attack.

This incident will be noted in your account, and future incidents will likely result in a more severe punishment.

If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.

Regards,

Jasmine and Krooks365
