Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. 10. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. Explanation: VDM: The Mexicans randomly started chasing me with 0 roleplay interaction. The whole chase went from Paleto, up to random offroad mountain landscapes, to Los Santos City area. They gave me multiple demands while I was going 110 km/h on a crossbike with my helmet on, making it impossible for me to hear any demands. They tried multiple VDM attempts but I could dodge them, the last one I couldn't though. ID 60 literally blocked the whole road & crashed into me, making me fall off my bike & forcefully ending the roleplay. PG: ID 156 forcefully used the /removebattery command without asking for success in /do. In the end of the 1st clip, I change my radio frequency. I'd like to make sure that this was purely accidential. I was still shaking from the chase & the resulting adrenaline rush, so it was either when I tried to put my hands up & I pressed Shift+1 when trying to do Ctrl+1 or I wanted to do Alt+F10 for the video save from Shadowplay, but thought it was Shift in that moment + went on 0. I also told them immediately OOCly it was an accident, but they didn't care at all but yelled FEAR RP, neither did I remember the old frequency. to change back. But again, they didn't really want the frequency but rather just threatened me with a fear report. I think they just wanted a revenge report in case I'd report the VDM. I tried to resolve this ICly by doing /report 4, @Awazki also replied, but sadly ID 60 was afk for more than 15 minutes, so we weren't to resolve this ICly. No I don't, I keep everything clean & I only record for 5 minutes, I removed the original clip from my PC after cutting the important scenes. The chase went almost 40 minutes long or something just me driving around & them chasing me. I think the evidence provided is pretty clear regarding the rulebreaks. Can you please explain to me what happened between the VDM video and the PG video then? Jesus_Murillo (ID 60) and Alonso_Demonte (ID 156) have twenty-four (24) hours to respond with their side of the story. All those demands were ignored... Riding upwards the mountains and near the bank the speeds were as low as 60 - 70 km/h and we approached you from different angles so that it would be clear that we have you at gunpoint. Demands don't count on a speeding vehicle, doesn't matter bike or not. I've had multiple incidents like this already & the admins always said this. I was wearing a fully covering head mask, a motorbike helmet & I was driving a highly noisy cross off road bike. Neither can I see anyone pointing guns at me due to the restricted view I had from my mask + helmet, hence I never talked to anyone of you while the chase. Was there ever a point in this situation where the reporting party and you (you and your group) had the reporting party at gunpoint in close range while she was at foot, in-which she tried to escape or displayed non-compliance? Because she was at gunpoint, also she didn't had any chance to resistance at that point. I RP'ly found her phone, i could easily remove her battery as i did in that POV. Also i like to add that she changed her radio freq by telling me that was accident, but i wont trust that one. She got for us disadvantage to get info when her allies was IC'ly. Server commands still require roleplay & interaction / consent from the parties involved. I explained the radiofrequency incident, I even said it in the /ooc chat but you didn't care at all just to have a revenge report. Furthermore, there was only Steven on the radio & he knew I was being chased, me not replying on the radio gave him the information that the radio was gone. I couldn't have cared less about the frequency. You trusting into my explanation or not doesn't matter, I explained the reason but you didn't want to hear it anyway, just threatened me with FearRP. You had no fear for your life after all. You instantly changed radio freq when you get up. I can repeat once again, you gave us disadvantage IC'ly to find your allies. That's the major thing. It was an accident, as I explained you in /ooc chat. I couldn't change back either since I didn't have the Frequency in my head, nor in my phone messages since we made the frequency up on the street. We could've called an admin to ask them about the frequency since they could've checked the logs but again: You didn't care to solve it. Stop acting as if you did & stop pretending to have any disadvantage from this. I think all of this should be clearly visible in the logs. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: ID 60 - Jesus_Murillo will receive a warning for (vehicle)deathmatching. After extensively watching over both clips provided and reading over your statements, we don't think it was a straight-up VDM, however, we do feel that what you did there isn't quite right. You didn't have any reason to hit her, because we believe that giving demands to a moving vehicle from speeds like 60-70 km/h, isn't plausible enough. You'll be receiving a warning because you didn't go straight up ramming into the person, however, it was enough to injure her without any valid reason. ID 156 - Alonso_Demonte will receive a warning for powergaming. You should be roleplaying with '/do's. It doesn't matter if the player is under gun point or not. You have to give other players a chance to roleplay with their own responses. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
