jason
Player(s) being reported: Benny_Edwardson Date of interaction reported: 19/FEB/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1582157666 Your characters name: Gordon_Graves Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 12. New Life Rule (NLR) The new life rule is triggered whenever a player’s character spawns at a hospital. Players cannot force their own death. The deceased character loses memory of their death, the events that caused it and the information collected in that time frame. Example: A player is killed in a robbery. The player’s knowledge of the robbery, the robber and their death is not usable by the player in their new life. All parties involved must avoid interaction with each other for 30 minutes. A player must not return to the area of their death for that time frame or attempt to retrieve lost possessions from involved players. Official faction members may return to their HQ and resume faction duties but must abide by the NLR rules in all other ways How did the player break the rule(s)? Picked him up from pillbox, then he had an entire conversation about what happened to him on the phone with one of his friends, providing information and details leading to his death. When confronted in /b, he lied and claimed he was dropped off by medics, not respawned. His logs will show that this isn't true. Jasmine
Thank you for submitting this report, and be patient as we review the evidence and allow all parties involved to respond. ID 165 - Benny_Edwardson - Why were you using your radio to relay information to allies about your death and the details surrounding it that had just happened within the last 30 minutes? All reported parties will be notified here and in-game and will have 24 hours to provide a response. If no response is given, a conclusion will be made based on all available evidence provided in this report. Thank you. Itzsonzy
Hello, my death did happen i admit so i misjudged my wording heavily because i didn't really think it was a problem. It was much longer than 30 mins ago, maybe 3-4 hours+ since i logged off after dying then came back. The information used also was not acted upon at all, it didn't benefit anyone at all. Also i'll say it was on the phone not on a radio. Edited February 20, 2020 by Itzsonzy
jason
It's interesting that you claim it was a misjudgment of words, when you adamantly insisted that you were brought there by medics, and that you didn't respawn. If the mod handling this report checks his logs, they'll back this up.

Ok i shouldn't have said that, but did it effect anyone? Know anymore context to the situation other than what you heard? Not really. Just seems like your trying to prove a rulebreak for the sake of it and it's rather sad to read.
Jasmine
Thank you for submitting this report @CBullet . After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: ID 165 - Benny_Edwardson - Will receive a warning for NRP - NLR - Regardless of if you think information relayed during an NLR situation will not have an impact on future role play, it is still a rule-break. Any information which could possibly be used to alter RP is considered NRP, and clearly one of the most obvious pieces of information is who killed you, how and where. You relayed this information to your allies. Whether you meant it to be used for future role-play or not, this is still a violation of NRP. You will have a note added to your account stating you were spoken to about NLR rules. We will take this note into account in future incidents, and your repercussions will likely be more severe. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format. This report is partially accepted and archived. Kind regards, Moderator Jasmine
