How did the player break the rule(s)? Me and ID 55 were rammed using a comet retro custom twice, as I was solving an argument me and ID 55 had. (I only have video proof of the second time we were rammed!) Player ID 28 - Aldo_Steele - please explain why you rammed the reporter with your vehicle, additionally, please explain why you did so within the confines of a No Crime Zone. The aforementioned player has 24 hours to respond to the inquiry directed at him, or the report may be concluded without his response. I had an RP reason to run him over, he shot me(he admitted so in chat in game, so you can look at the logs for proof) Doing so in a no crime zone was because I am not normally in that area of the map, and the fact that he shot me in the no crime zone, i had forgotten that area was indeed an NCZ. easy to forget when you get shot in it. Jason Costana Posted February 20, 2020 Author Report Share Posted February 20, 2020 Yes, I did shoot ID 28 in an NCZ, and I did so because he hit me. That in itself is a breach of the NCZ rule, because it is assault. You purposely ran over us twice, I only have footage of when you ran over us the second time, but I believe ID 55 would have footage of both attempts. alexalex303 Posted February 23, 2020 Report Share Posted February 23, 2020 After careful deliberation, and consultation with other staff members, I have decided upon the following resolution: Aldo_Steele - will receive NonRP #5 for attacking players in a No Crime Zone. The overall evidence available for this report is rather lacking, and makes it impossible to establish VDM and/or DM. I would not feel right to act on the one ram as DM, as both parties agreed that the attacker was previously shot by the victim, in an unrecorded interaction. Regardless of being shot at, you should never ram players in an NCZ, as no crimes can be committed in a No Crime Zone. In the evidence provided, it can be seen that the reporter is somewhat injured, and having a conversation with a female character, he is at no point shooting at the reported, as he drives about, before turning around and ramming the reporter.
