Your characters name: Martin_Parkere

Other player(s) involved:

Specific rule(s) broken:

14. Deathmatch (DM)

Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction.

Examples of valid reasons to attack another player:

• If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property.

• If they report you to the police for a serious crime.

• If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup.

A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands.

A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands.

If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s).

Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt.

Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of:

Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.)

Someone is attempting to take your life.

Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen.

You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

As you can see in the video , i was following the Jester and suddenly ID 9 start shooting at me for no reason , no demands were given and he had no reason to do that.

Evidence of rule breach:

Jorje_Rodriguez | ID 9 @Mojey5656 - Please provide your point of view in regards to the situation being reported. Along with this, please explain why you opened fire on the reporting party. As always, should you have any footage of your perspective, it would be much appreciated.

The above mentioned players will be notified in game as appropriate and will receive 24 hours to provide their side of the story. We look forward to hearing back from you!

Best Regards,

Aldarine

Thank you once again for this player report and for your patience during my review. The reported party has been given adequate time to respond and has failed to do so and thus this report will be concluded based off of all submitted statements and evidence without their statement.

Player Jorje_Rodriguez will receive a Deathmatching punishment for the reported incident.

As can be seen in the provided video evidence, the reporting party begins to follow the reported player in their vehicle for approximately 30 seconds before roles reverse and the reported player and his driver begin following the reporting party. At timestamp 1:08 the first shot is fired and shots continue to fire until timestamp 1:35 where the reporting player's tire is shot, his vehicle flips, and he is subsequently placed under Fear RP by the driver. The issue that occurs with opening fire on the reporting party is that there was no valid reason for engagement as per the Deathmatching rule that can be seen. In this scenario the reporting party simply followed another vehicle and that is not enough of a reason to blatantly open fire. Due to the reasoning stated above, this punishment is being issued.

Report accepted.

Best Regards,
Aldarine
